Explanation of trade: I was purchasing 8.8b ikov gold through 07, not sure if he was trusted so I did low increments and purchased 1.5b ikov first for 16.5m 07 but he already logged off and blocked me after I accepted.
How they scammed: The scammer took my money and did not give me 1.5b ikov gold.
