Scammed By KingOfLeague

I recently acquired a few skin codes at Anime Expo and decided to sell them since i dont play any more. The original deal was 10$ for 1 code + a free skin ward, but he wanted to buy bulk so i gave him all 6 codes for $25 ($5 discount). He proceeds to tell me that they don't work on North American Servers. He then goes to log into the European West servers and redeem the codes there. After that, he tells me that he doesn't want to pay me for the codes because he doesnt even play in European West servers.
