Sorry I dont have proofs that I accepting trade. He just blocked me on skype when I gave him my rsgp. But he is confirming that im trading with him.

At first I didn't think there was enough. However I'm going put in a ban based off the fact that he did ask you for your PayPal email, meaning he did indeed go through with the trade however on top of all of this, he "claims" he's never spoken to you-
