Scam Report on TylerOSRS Service

As I've already said above and discussed with other staff, the only thing @Yuva is liable for is the service.

507m in total (457 slayer+50 mage). You can return the 250m back to @Yuva and he'll complete both the services himself as he agreed on Discord. Alternatively, you can request another 257m from Yuva which would be a full refund on the payment you made for the services.

He agreed to to do the service himself this time and you can choose to pay the remaining 250m to him once ~50.7% of your order is already done, so you're not risking as much money this time.

Despite his ToS saying no refunds, if you don't trust them anymore and want a full refund, sythe ToS overrule any of this and you're allowed to request your remaining 257m back. Let me know which of the two you prefer.

 

i will be taking the remaining 257m owed in a refund when @Yuva has money and we will call it a day. I will update the post when i have been properly refunded.

I will not be using his slayer service or any other service from him ever again and i recommend him if he lets other people work on his customers accounts, he should specifically notify them and also perhaps take deposits from his workers for situations like this.

hiring shady shitty people like "tyler" is unnacceptable business practice. sythe really needs to adjust their rules around having "Workers" do service for someone without these workers submitting a collateral for situations like this.

He's agreed to refund you within a week from now.

This message by him should have been a huge warning sign that he was considering to use workers and not do the training himself. You knew there was a risk his worker would be on, you also didn't care about your wealth on the account, nor removed excess - Yuva even said he wasn't comfortable with that much wealth on the account. It's an unfortunate situation but that should have been a huge warning sign.



As for you @Yuva, I've placed a TWC for poor trading practises. No where on your thread is mentioned that you'll be outsourcing the skilling and the above PM is extremely poor and ambiguous. You said, "actually I will take care of it personally" but still went ahead and outsourced it to your worker.

Please immediately include that you outsource your skilling to other workers on your thread here:

Kindly let me know once the 257m refund has been paid to @doodiecrust. You can request to get your TWC removed once you've refunded, made it abundantly clear you outsource the skilling/questing on your service threads (as your PMs are ambitious) and a month has passed since this date. Failure to make it clear on your threads will result them being closed down.
