I am angry you made me pay your scammers scams, held my 11,000$ rank hostage for a year, and I cracked when after making me pay for what you got scammed, you are now telling the scammer who scammed you who you told me to pay for his scams, to pay you the money he scammed me, which he originally scammed you in the first place and made me pay. How fucked up is that, you even deleted the messages of you saying you were planning this. How else do I hope to get my money back if you're telling the scammer to pay you instead of me? and when i search secnx(mistake i just found him in my dm's) in my discord dm's his name no longer shows up, so i cannot even search our previous messages with eachother, and hormone is on another acc now so no way for me to search that either, and at the time there was no reason to save any logs because this issue was sorted rather quickly, secnx paid because he was at fault

he was at fault a year ago, he paid it a year ago, and still today he's at fault, that wont change, he chose to break the clan rules and his punishment was to pay period, your such a genius you proved my case with your own screenshots ... anyways man stay away from my clan, stop luring my customers, stop harrassing us, we want NOTHING to do with you , STAY Away, your owned nothing, and your getting nothing

These people , Hormone and K9 are messaging Secnx stating they are going to pay him back, thats because they owe him NOT ME

below secnx messaging me telling me about hormone and K9 owing him, not that I owe him anything but in fact Hormone owes him and laughing, not someone who seems angry at me is it ? More evidence Secnx is lying and trying to get over on you guys

He's not referring to me in the screenshot below, he's referring to Hormone that owes him, against secnx admitting in his own words who owes him and its NOT ME

between using scammers as apple pay covers for him and losing alot of bets recently he's down alot, and is another reason he would create this sythe thread a year later

more evidence of secnx giving ranks 5 times the amount they are allowed to hold, this was a common occurance with him , he doesnt care about his money, he sends thousands of dollars to random people who have a history of scamming as well, he did that recently with 3 of our customers, and did so behind my back

Just spoke to hormone who says he was a Platinum Dragon Max, which has a 1k max
Secnx stated that hormone had a larger max, that is a lie his max is 1k

sorry for my lack of response.
- there are so many posts on this thread that don't have any relevant information, not to include the deleted ones that the majority of yal cant see. In one post i need the following from both parties -
1. What was the rank's maximum holding power
2. Did secnx/clan owners allow this rank to go over his holding power ultimately resulting in a scam quit? ex. did the rank have a holding power of 1.5k and hold it over a period of time for no reason, giving him time to collect more $? if so please provide full screen shots with the dates enabled
3. Is the holding power and or current tabs of ranks public information or is it only visible to owners, if so, did the rank hold an amount over his holding power over a period of time that owners could have noticed derank him until the tab was cleared?

Also i'm not saying it was perfectly fine for ddyce to ask secnx for the money, but if secnx paid without hesitation, i feel that he felt guilty a little bit to not fight back and pay it. But if it's true that secnx allowed the rank to hold over his holding power over a period of time for no reason at all, and give the rank time to collect more $, than it's unfortunately sort secnx's fault. though once i gather all of the req'd information to make a decision, i'll ask some of the fellow higher nerds here in the realm of sythe to get a more general consensus. ty all for your time and god bless

The Ranks max was $1000 not 1500 as secnx claims, and ranks maxes are publicly visible next to they're role in discord

2. all bets are posted in a confirm channel which ranks much check to make sure that ranks are not over they're max which secnx next bothers to check, and we have a tab channel where ranks post if they have tabs with other ranks, which secnx barely ever bothered posting in thus raising the clan risk of scamming

Secnx has done this multiple times, he never listens and never learns, he doesnt care about his money his actions show that often

i assume its his drug and alcohol problem that causes him to do stupid things with his money, like send ranks more then they are allowed to hold, and having tabs with ranks for days and weeks when they are suppose to collect them immediately

Another time secnx pm's me stating hormone owes him and not me

Below is another time me telling secnx the rules, he clearly knew them and chose to ignore them

for secnx's report for a refund, it's not going to happen. i don't feel that the request is honorable at all, and that your more of doing it out of rage/spite. i do believe that you were part of the reason why the host sq, as the host was holding enough money to think about scam quitting and coming out in profit. though your not totally at fault, as the ddyce system could be improved. for this i've talked to ddyce / twistedtaco / ko on how he could improve it, but it's up to him to implement such a system if its possible. though I have talked to him on ensuring the people he brings in are credible to his expectations, but of course it's impossible to say what one person would do with the power given to them. i'm sorry this isn't the outcome everyone expected / wanted, but because this event happened so long ago, and the screenshots/ proof are iffy i have to make a decision based on whats provided.
