How am I faking the fact your friend is ticketing for the pets back after you sold them? Am I missing something here?

 

Also your ticket to Alice doesn't line up with the timing either account was frozen. That ticket to Alice says Saturday morning. Both accounts weren't frozen until later yesterday. What other accounts are you freezing and ticketing back for? Hmmm.

I messaged you at 245pm est on Saturday which is 1145 am PST. However your ticket to Alice is an hour before I even contacted you? Hmmm. And you're saying these accounts were frozen before I even talked to you when clearly they were frozen later yesterday (Sunday)?

 

I don't know if you like to take things out of context or what. Obviously that message is from my friend, when he sent a ticket to recover his account a few days ago (Feb 26, 2022, 10:23 AM PST), after you stole it a long time ago. And the ticket is proof that the account is his and he got it back by writing to TNT. I don't know why you pretend not to understand things and you turn everything around.

Your defense argument is inventing nonsense, taking our conversation out of context, and trying to turn what I say around without success. You have provided absolutely no proof that it is your account, even though you say it is your personal account (NO, it is my friend's account and you stole it)

 

Which it says in the ticket that it was frozen. Which it was not and nothing in the ticket proves that a. They got the account unfrozen and b. That it was even their account to begin with. The ticket clearly says they'd need an email from the original email to move forward. The account was not frozen until yesterday. And the post says "accounts" not "account" so youre saying the side was frozen by this point to? When i literally logged into it and sent you a screenshot of me in it WHILE we were talking?

You can see in the posts YOU shared that I said I stole the account. Because I look at buying accounts as stealing. I bought this account 6 months ago and it was freshly unfrozen. I'm not the original owner but yes, it IS my personal account because I've paid for it and have had it for 6 months. I even say in the screenshot you've copied that it was inactive since 2014. I've had this account for half a year and your "original owner" friend hasn't said anything. Instead they bruteforced their way in and stole it while it was clearly active.

 

Why do you invent all? lool I'm not going to loose my time with you anymore. You dont even put any proof. Yesterday my friend open a ticket for freeze the side you stole (Watercrow) until he can get it back!!
First of all, the last ticket text that you said is fake was my friend trying to get freeze his sides accounts kamy_40 and kamy_4045 from the original account of raven_40 because the another email was hacked too. (Maybe by you too lool) And that 2 sides account were frozen. He is freezen all until he can give a solution for recover all his account. In this way he can protect his pets from you and another hackers.

This will be my last post until a MOD/ADMID came along. I find it ridiculous to continue talking to you, a scammer who steals accounts, who told me privately that if I did not give Katara (one pet from my friend account), she would do everything possible to bring down my Sythe and neopets account because "she have nothing to lose".

 

Still none of this is proof you have the original email lmao! Again, raven_40 was only ever frozen 6 months ago and yesterday when I sent a ticket in to freeze it myself. But you're saying somehow it was frozen the 19th when you stole it back? And you're saying now that your email was hacked. Mmmmaaaybbeee it's because it's not your friend's email at all and HE hacked into this one if he even has original access at all (which I still call BS on) lol. Stop playing, dude. None of this excuses the fact you threatened to find my IP address and steal/freeze all the accounts associated with it (even bought ones, hmmm that sounds familiar). Your ticket says watercrow was already frozen, not that YOU froze it. Lawd none of this is proof. It's only proof you sent a mail into Alice to steal the accounts lol. Riddle me this, was watercrow also frozen 6 months ago?

Also, there's more sides that are owned by this person that aren't on the leak. Funny how they didn't ticket for those ones too if they're the original owner Hm. All very very funny. I bought the account and now your friend is stealing it back from me. That's the bottom line up front here. You sell accounts and apparently steal them back.

Them clearly saying I bought the account, yet their friend is ticketing for it back. Acting like they're doing me a service by offering an unequal account in return.

Them threatening me with finding my IP address and freezing all of my "stolen" and current accounts. 3 of which they've already followed through on and have frozen.

 

Hahahah that's part of the conversation we have, I encourage you to upload it in its entirety, without cutting anything. Sounds like you're an expert at taking things out of context. You have nothing else to fall back on anyway, since you haven't given any proof of anything.

Ok, I don't have as much time as you do to create this drama and spend all day here, but now that I have some time I'll try to contextualize everything, and it's going to be difficult because I don't speak English well (I use a translator).

I use this platform to sell my accounts, and some friends' accounts and pets. When I make sales from friends, I take a % of those sales just for announcing them in my thread. In this case, I put up for sale some RN pets from an anime series that belonged to a friend. I didn't even inform myself about it, I just asked him if they were safe and he said yes (later, when all this problem started, he showed me the screenshots of how he had recovered the account from the original email).

Suddenly, this user Doritoes (Macy on Discord) contacts me to tell me that those pets are his. So he missed me a lot, because I recently put them in my thread and my friend assured me that they were his. I was talking to Doritoes (Macy) for a long time on Discord to find out what was going on, and she literally told me after talking that "she stole the account a long time ago", that is, that she did not create the account, nor does she have the real access to the account, or anything, he just used the list to enter with the password and that's it.

My friend at that time was not online (then after a while he connected and I talked to him and he sent me screenshots). I told Macy that I had experienced this situation before, when I previously recovered accounts on the list and weeks later they stole it from me, with UC High end tier inside and very good pets, so I told her that I understood what she was feeling, and that to help her I would give her an good account, to end the problem and that everyone would be calm and everything would be over. After proposing 2 accounts to her, she agreed to keep the second account, that it has: UC MSPP + UC Grey Wocky + 285 avys + unchecked sdb + unchecked closet. And everything ended well, amicably and all arranged. It was an account that I had for a long time and I hoped to sell in my thread, but in order to finish the problem and that everything was over, I decided give it to her, so that she wouldn't feel bad about losing an account (which she had stolen lol).
Everything ended, I told her that it had been the best to do it that way, since the account belongs to my friend, and she stole it, and my friend after a long time sent a ticket to recover the account, since the email and password had been changed.

The next day, she texts me again, saying that everything is fine, but now she also wants a pet that is inside that account Raven_40 (the pet is called Katara).
I tell him that after everything that has happened, I talked to my friend and decided to remove all the RNs for sale in my thread, and that I am no longer linked to that account or anything, and that the situation between Doritoes and me was resolved. She said no, that there was no other option, that she give that pet or she would do everything to get me banned from everywhere and my accounts were deleted.

I told him again that the account was not mine, that I do not have access to it, that I do not want to know anything about that account after all the problem was fixed, and that the problem for me was over.
She got angry, because she wanted the RN pet to sell it or for her main in neopets, and she said that she was going to get me, to try to freeze everything I have.
This situation made me very angry, because the day before I gave her an account that I intended to sell for more than $150 and she told me that she was fine with that, and that was the end of the problem, and the next day I realized that in addition to being a liar, she was threatening me. So I told her that if she wanted to start a war it's ok, and if she wanted to freeze me from everywhere, I was going to fight to get her username from her neopets account and do it too. (explanation to her screenshots taken out of context about me).

My English is limited, and so is my time, but I explained it to the best of my ability. If there are more questions I can answer them too. I have nothing to hide. On the other hand, Doritoes has to hide behind the lie and out of context to try to give truth to her absurd arguments and her purpose, which is: to recover an account that she had stolen and that is not hers, in which she entered by force. and changed the password and email.

I have always used this platform and I characterized myself by doing my work without any problems, always in the simplest and safest way possible, whoever has ever bought from me knows that. That is why, as you can see in the captures, from the first moment I tried to fix the situation diplomatically, and losing money in this way, since the account I gave him and that he still has was mine, not my friend's. Also, I did everything from a position where I was the middleman, I really wouldn't have to take responsibility for this, but I wanted to vouch for my friend and solve the "problem" from the first minute.



HERE IS MORE PROOF THAT MY FRIEND SENT ME WHERE YOU CAN SEE HOW HE RECOVERED HIS ACCOUNT, AND ALSO HOW HE TRIED TO RECOVER SOME OF HIS SECONDARY ACCOUNTS, BUT HE COULD NOT BECAUSE THEY WERE LINKED TO ANOTHER EMAIL AND THAT EMAIL WAS HACKED, SO HE DECIDED TO FREEZE THEM TO PROTECT THEM BY THE MOMENT.
In alice's mail it is clearly read as alice says that the mail that was sent to recover raven_40 was from the original mail, and that the one that was sent to recover the sides was not sent from the original (because that was hacked), another further proof that my friend has the mail.
Some data was censored, in case this scammer decides to use it for something.

I think that all this was not necessary, and that everything was already clear, but well, I had some free time this afternoon and I wanted to end all this theater with which this girl seems to be having fun, with her out of context and her invent.
This girl entered my friend's account, changed the password and email, and then my friend sent a ticket to recover it, and now she got mad because she wanted the pets inside and threatened to make me disappear if I didn't give her the pets . That would be a good summary of everything. And worst of all, she admitted to stealing her account, I explicitly put it here, and she keeps trying to fake everything to try and get me frozen.
I hope that measures are taken against this user, and for my part I am not going to invest any more time in this, I do not have time and I do not want to give it to you, Doritoes.

 

Again, having your name be the name of the account DOES NOT prove you have access to the original email XD Idk how many times I have to say that. In fact, Alice's response SAYS that you need to email from the original account for raven_40. I see no access e-mail for raven_40 after that. Here, to prove to me that your friend has access, send me an email FROM raven40@hotmail.com please Send to my burner e-mail [email protected] and prove to me they have original access. You said yourself that you bought the account from them in a pack and were trying to sell it. But it was MY already bought account. I've had it for 6 months and your friend is stealing it back after they've already sold it.

Even so, none of this excuses the fact that you threatened to freeze all of my bought/personal accounts or steal them from me. And thanks for showing the screenshot of me saying I did buy the accounts. I BOUGHT these accounts and now your friend is trying to steal them back from me. Soooo.

 

What exactly am I faking? I'm literally disproving all of your tickets to Alice for you lmao. I have taken nothing out of context. You threatened to steal/freeze all of my bought accounts. You've already frozen FOUR of my bought accounts. And yet you still try to prove your case that I'm in the wrong? Lol. In YOUR OWN screenshot, you can see I said I bought the account and provided proof that I had bought it by showing I had access to the side account. Which you promptly got frozen. Again, none of this excuses the fact that a. you are freezing my accounts that I've bought and your friend is trying to steal back and b. you threatened to do this with ALL my accounts!

But even having original access to the e-mail legit means NOTHING because they could easily hack or recreate it. So I'm discounting that bit even if you did have access. Which I still have my doubts until you send me an email to the address I just listed.

 

I don't have to prove anything to you, I've already proven everything. You, on the other hand, have not shown anything, the only thing you have shown is that someone sold you a stolen account and you bought it. And the owner of the account that has access to the mail asked for the account back and now you are left without a stolen account. Next time look for better sellers, or don't steal accounts. Nothing more than talking to you, I'm already bored with this drama. I already wrote to a moderator privately to end this.

Again, even if your friend does have the original email address, it means absolutely nothing. Those can be recreated and hacked as well. AND it doesn't change the fact that your friend SOLD IT TO ME 6 months ago and is now stealing it back from me 6 months later XD Your friend doesn't have access to the other emails for the other accounts because they weren't his to begin with lmao. He either a. doesn't have access at all. or b. hacked into this one lol. Nothing is proven.

I have shown everything I need to. Your friend has seller's remorse and is trying to steal back an account that I bought. I've shown your true colors by threatening to steal/freeze all of my bought accounts, which I'll reiterate you've done with FOUR now. Nothing to prove? You're right, nothing ELSE to prove. I've said what needs to be said to prove how you are as a shady seller.

ALL of your screenshots are moot because, yet again, you threatened to dox all my accounts. You threatened to find my IP and STEAL or FREEZE all my associated accounts. Boy you trippin' if you think you're in the right. I threatened to out and freeze my own account if it wasn't returned to me. There's nothing wrong with doing that. Because reporting it as a stolen account is the truth. It was stolen from me. Yet you threatened to freeze ALL my accounts. 4 of which you succeeded in following through with your threats.

You reported the account hacked on the 19th and sold them on the 22nd? Wow. Way to put the buyer at risk. Talk about "secured sales".

 

If it's your friend's account, why was it frozen 6 months ago before I got it and then sold to me after it was unfrozen? Explain that to me You said you got the account in a pack. Why would your friend/you have a frozen account in the pack? The account was frozen for a while before I got it. Last activity was around 2014. Yet you're saying it's your friend's account still? Then how was it revived and sold to me 6 months ago? Admins: Screenshots can be provided if requested of me getting the account 6 months ago. I'm done posting here and clogging the thread up.

 

I have given a DNT to @Negg based off the discord conversations, the story does not line up with what is being said here in the report.

Negg you can offer something of equivalent value and come to an agreement with Macy/Doritoes to make up for this and you both can contact me once that is done.

Doritoes I'm sorry this happened, please keep in mind when purchasing accounts there is always potential risk associated and your best course of action here would be to get in touch with the individual that sold you the account initially to get help with the account.

 

After further deliberation, I have to overrule this verdict.

Both users will be retaining a DNT for this. Even though it was wrong for Negg to crack an active account and directly caused loss of goods and threatened Doritoes, both users were selling goods they did not have the right to sell.

Doritoes did not purchase the account in question and it was not for personal use. Thus I cannot give the account and goods on the account any value.
