    Safe to trade with unverified paypal?
    A customer just sent me $3 as a gift on paypal. I was wondering whether I should accept this or refund him? Is it safe?

    There is always a chance of a chargeback with paypal. Although most people don't scam for so little, I wouldn't put it past some folks today.

    If it was for something you were going to sell or a service, I would just refund the money and cancel the trade if you don't trust them with $3.
