In these 2 months he worked from platform (Discord) before me worked with Facebook which is a platform that does not allow me to have the tools for better monitoring of orders, in Discord I have an excellent monitoring of the works and the realized quality works.

I have been working with American/danes advisors and consultants to improve my business communication as much as possible

Points that improved:

- T.O.S, I applied a new and improved "Terms of services" which allows the client to understand what he can and cannot do during the execution of his service, if he accepts it, it is under my T.O.S
allowing me to apply them without problems and do my service safely and correctly.

In this same T.O.S I always verify that the client has read and accepted it before of making the deal, which in this way will never have confusion or bad communication about them.

- Banned of accs, i did bought a proxy (http //: proxifier.com) since implementing this methodology of work with this program the rate of bans has dropped to 0, one of the problems I had before were the Venezuelan IP bans, likewise I have solved all these problems and the evidence is in the report section of my RUNGOLD post

- My workers, from my beginnings had people who did not fully know the whole game, they learned through by watching guides, which allowed the mistake in some services with restrictions or the timeframe in them, I I've been offering services for a long time so I already know the timeframe of each skills or quote that they request.

I have fired workers who are not in accordance with my ethics and labor standards because they did not take the job seriously.

hired more worked that are willing to give 100% of them and have been training periodically in such a way to offer an excellent service without events.

- Timefrime and ETA, We are complying with the timeframe offeredwith the timefrime of each service received, I am giving a fair ETA for both the client and us taking into account external factors what happens in my country such as power outages at national level and national internet falls equally, simply adding 1 to 3 more days to the service explaining to the customer the why of it.

- Discord, This platform has allowed me to have better control of my orders for the help offered by stories such as the ticket bot and among other tools for the excellent management both with my workers and with clients and others.

Since the previous DNT on SEPTEMBER 10TH, 2 months ago, we’ve received 150+ orders. All of which resulted in no disputes and also gained 50+ customer vouches on our discord server.
