Scammed Amount: N/A however amount of time, also id like an exact price for the supply cost posted on this thread for the order.
Order amount 200m for QPC + supply cost with a 90 day timeline payment after completion.

I spoke to a mod, reached out to rungold and got the generic response so I'm posting.

This is the proof of user discord that i posted last time, just simple to copy and paste from previous thread.


So simply put, It's over the timeline of 90 days , the stat requirements aren't 74 days different than the previous quest cape requirements. He normally does barrows gloves in 7-14 days however the account has 177QP so hes saying it took 76-83 days to get the "stats" for the questcape.

I tried being nice, 9/3/2019 I said I wouldn't write a report but its been 7 days and hes done 1 questpoint since then. He's using the SOTE as a "buffer" for the order, I've seen all the "completed orders" in the last 90 days and I'm disappointed to see my order pushed so far behind... He said 2 months ago he has no need to rush because he has 90 days, maybe he should have worked harder and not taken advantage of my 90 day grace period.

SOTE was announced months ago as well the stats were released he could have prepped the stats if he followed OSRS at all.

There were over 10 requests for an ETA during this process which were either "IDK's" "later" "tomorrow" or "completely avoided"

Rungold when you read this , know this is not personal at all, I even tried telling you today I will open a report and you said it's your countries problem then went AFK but I seen you online multiple times since then.

Hello, yellow hat and staff. As most of you know Venezuela has been dealing with frequent blackouts the last few months, that is out of my control. The pictures in this thread are cut out in a way to make it look like I am not posting update/replying to his messages, this is not true. QP cape is not a frequent order, so providing an ETA is not easy, and I am hesitant to do so especially after Yellow Hat’s last report on me. All I want for this outcome is for staff to understand he is not being ignored in the way these screenshots are depicted. Below are the chat logs unedited with my frequent update pictures shown.

@RUNGOLD I said this isn't personal, please don't lie and @staff you can view our discord conversation on screenshare if you want... It's taken him over 75+ days to skill this account while he's completed many orders. I've shown enough rpoof within the timeline above.

@RUNGOLD Just because you send screenshots this does not work, I have requested ETA's, updates ect and you haven't given them to me other than spamming with me pictures so you could claim "you gave updates". I just want this done in a timely manner which you are refusing to do.

@RUNGOLD I also want a supply cost for the entire order now, and I wasn't going to post this but I realized it's taken you 7 days for 1 quest point while you are completing other orders etc.

I was having a conversation with @Yellow_Hat_OSRS_Services , I think we have solved the misunderstanding and now we are working on finishing this order for him

14 days based off having the qpc with no more than 60 attack

no more than 70 def

and 75m total supplies on payment

Rungold has confirmed he can finish in 14 days,

With 70 prayer no more than 60 attack and no more than 70 def.

He offered 10 days but I had to let him know whatever time he says it needs to be done in so increased to 14 days with a supply cost of 75m.

I don't feel I'm being compensated for the extra time, the headache and the disrespect as a client that I've received.

This being said I want to terminate the above statement and renegotiate a better arrangement when @RUNGOLD has time from his busy schedule.

As its been a few minutes and nothing else has been done on the account I feel this to be a fair proposition.

He claimed via discord I'm trying to extort him but truth is I've been more than fair about this entire process.

When you read this @RUNGOLD Id no longer wish to negotiate privately and keep it here on the thread.

There's no reason for us to do this in private as while there you've done what you've always done.

I want no supply cost and done in 14 days with the above terms of completion with no more than 60 attack, 70 def, 70 prayer and no supply cost.

If you can do this then we can continue with your extra 14 days grace period + whatever time has ALREADY passed since your EOS

We had an agreement 14 days and 75m supply cost; he now doesn’t want that and is being unreasonable. I’d like a decision of partial payment to be made by a mod and to let him go elsewhere to have it finished

EDIT: I haven't received any form of payments so yellow hat is not out anything as he hasn't laid out any money for supplies or work completed

 

@Gladiator Already confirmed since I agreed to 75m for supplies that's what it will stay.

@RUNGOLD You will finish this as I've been more than reasonable for over 100 days now with 0 ETA's.

You agreed to 14 days I agreed to 75m we are both bound by this agreement.

You also agreed which I have proof of to receive payment at end + supply cost at end, this was your choice when you accepted the work as well a 90 day timeline.

I expect this to be completed 14 days from the time you accepted last night.

I've been more than fair and even tried to avoid posting the dispute entirely but you refused ETA's for OVER 100 days?? As well ignored me like you do everyone else unless it comes to your DNT/TWC.

You've taken so much longer than needed for all of this and caused me headache after headache, just finish the order get paid and move along.

This is still the agreement, Yellow Hat can't get a free service because of the delays or a reduction in what he agreed to above. @RUNGOLD finish the service within that time frame and cost
