Do they still reply and how long would it usually take them ? It says 24-48 hours but I've been waiting about a week.

Anything to do with botting will not get an answer.

The only thing I have heard of working is tweeting at them, but you're going to need a reason other than "someone else had access to my account"

 

Its not about a ban, I'm trying to get back an older account of mine I forgot the email/login details to.

 

So you can't do account recoveries through ticketing anymore?

 

Maybe it will work , but they have a dedicated system for recoveries now.

I'm having issues with the registered email though and I cant recover it through the account recovery page.

 

They don't answer on weekends.
If it's old and you don't have much info, it might be a while.

Wow, seems like Jagex would answer only if the request has been read and conceived by any of their reader, no matter what the request is about.

If its botting related you might be screwed, otherwise I hear the ticket system is still rocking unlike their email support

 

They changed the system back to where you can manually recover the account so hopefully I can successfully get it back ?

 

If its a request they don't want to answer they don't reply, happened to me lots of times. Just keep resending it till you get a response

 

Just keep sending it...all of mine have been replied within a week lol...i honestly sent them about 3 tickets in 5 days and the 6th day i got a reply...
