    Hi just out of curoisty, if we bought gold from an online gold provider and lost the gold due to the rollback (which is confirmed by jagext to be 4+ hours) will they need to refund us our face a scamming report if the gold was bought within the time of the rollback? If not then wouldn't they have our money + the gold?

    Not sure about the first part, however most likely not IMO.

    About the second part - not necessary if they bought the gold in said time period and re-sold it.
