Runescape gold and the U.S. Dollar

Everyone know's that the Dollar is and has been for a long time an international currency which many accept, However with the US debt crisis that is happening will it effect the worth of Gp? (in dollars)

I doubt it. If so very mildly. Gp price is mostly affected by supply/demand of it in the black market community.

Debt crisis is resolved for the time being. Shouldn't be any noticeable impact on the rs market.

I'm actually holding on to some RS GP just in case the dollar collapses lol.

I wouldn't be so sure about it being resolved already even though they made some kind of a ''deal''

It makes it unattractive for me to sell RSGP at this time due to currency conversion from USD to AUD being as it is..

Yea likewise currency conversion makes it very hard for us sellers out of the USA to sell gold and make a profit =/

 

Like said above, the price is based on the demand of RSGP, not the strength of the US Dollar.
