Well I got this the other day. This is fake, so don't actually put your account info in. I love putting random stuff for the questions.

Hello,

Recently we have found major IP address changes in your RuneScape
account. Our logs show that your account was used from different countries.
We suppose that your account could be shared and it is against
RuneScape rule 6. Rule 6 states that each account should only be used by ONE
person. Account sharing is NOT allowed. You may not sell, transfer or
lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your
account, and you may not accept account that anybody else offers you.
To prove that you are true account owner, you have to do these
following steps:

1) go to the RuneScape account support by clicking this link:

http://www.account-runescape.com/loginapplet/loginform.html

2) fill the form, enter as much information as you can and submit
3) we will answer through message center and e-mail in a few days
