    Yet another FAKE Jagex Email

Notice i said "Yet Another" fake email, dont see the reason for the hostility, and your punctuation doesn't really impress me to be honest. But thats just me.

I posted this because its the best fake email I've ever received and if Jagex still emailed you like they used to (back in the old days) i probably would have fallen for it.

Hope you all had a good laugh like i did.

Anyone with practice in the subject could do it. I myself have an @jagex.com e-mail address... >_> Using it for malicious purposes is out of the question for me, but knowing how someone makes them helped me figure out how these scammers work.

Windows Live exploit, using javascript they can add emails, its funny because Jagex dont go under Jagex or runescape.com, they dont email you, if your associated with them it will be an in game message.

You dont even need to give your email to jagex when you sign up, so there is no way on earth they can find out unless you specificly tell them.

is not about runescape .. is about the phisers.. how we get your e-mail ? we probably one of admins forgot to secure the site .. my advice dont let users see the forum only if they are registered.
