Once again, He’s right. We didn’t even discuss it BUT It’s obvious for a pure u don’t train defence and I didn’t. It was either u or someone else.

 

I downloaded RS after the service was done, I never said I did not, but prior to leveling defense my girlfriend did not have runescape downloded. What exactly r u trying to expose?

Yes I included that in the screenshots, how am I suppose to logon to the account if your quester was on it tho? I got evidence that the account had 1 defense before your worker got online.

Edit: I want to add that this morning after changing password I never wanted the service to go on. I didn’t feel comfortable unprofessionals being on my acc. But when I woke up (screenshots above) One of the owners talked me out of it. I just wanted a refund for the service, and I’d hire someone else to quest for me. Besides RuneMob broke his own ToS by continuing service after I changed my password. I never logged in prior or during the service. I did login after the service was complete, the only thing I know for certain is that it was 1 defence after @Diann was done questing on it. And RuneMob fail to realize theres a possibility his worker did this, and he takes no responsebility what so ever. Hes playing the victim here, I am the guy with 2 defence and I know the likelyhood of me losing this case so I’d never be dumb enough to ruin my account just to try earn a refund and risk my sythe being banned. I went on discord and talked to Chloe first I was trying to settle this with RuneMob but Chloe adviced me to file a report once I told her whats up.
As mentioned I do not know if it was the owner, the worker, or who did this. But the owner was being co operative at first probably cause he was scared I'd file a report- he said we'd work something out. Once I filed a report, he denies everything. Why would I fuck up the account I just purchased? This does not add up.
Also I knew changing password was against your ToS and I did not expect you to continue the service, so this was not a setup done by me. Does this look like a set up? I believe not, grow a pair and take some responsebility. You don't see the possibility that your worker leveled it by mistake? Or maybe he didn't notice? I do not know, only thing I know for sure is that I did not level it.

He even said he'd fire his worker(I provided screenshots of him saying he would) But after I filed the report - he has suddently full confidence in him?

 

Getting tired of deleting posts if all of you can remain silent (unless you're directly involved) that would be great, thanks. A mod will be with you guys shortly.

Also, did you explain to the user you would be outsourcing this through a worker, prior to accepting the payment / starting the service? In the screenshots, he asked you, and it looks as if you basically threw a curve ball and said "Idk my partner took the order".

 

Yes, he knew my workers were doing it. Ask him to confirm

 

He did tell me a worker was gonna do the service for me prior to payment. i quote «Worker would start asap»

- You would have enough common sense as a "Service provider" to know the difference, You have 500 + vouchers / many workers, irrelevant statement. On the reverse side of what you just asked, I could simply ask you did you have a TOS that stated "You are not responsible for unclarified demands?".

This situation is under full review, and a conclusion will be posted. Any posts that does not add to the report, will be infracted.

 

After a long discussion between both parties and a full staff discussion, an agreement of $90 refund for the account has been agreed upon.

The $90 can be paid in 07 GP/However you guys decide, thanks @RuneMob, @danielstep for full cooperation.
