    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: To explain the situation in detail, I will take all emotions out of it, and explain it strictly and solely with numbers and facts, as people can distort images and truth, but numbers do not lie.

    A customer ordered a quest cape from scratch order. His order was quoted as a completion time of 18-24 days. His order ended up taking 28 days (about a 30% increase in time quoted). Reason for delay, is customer wanted to play on his account for 3 days in the middle of the order and did, and when changing the password back, changed it to a different password than it was before. Worker got confused and could not log in to complete the order with the password mixup, therefore causing a 30% delay in order.

    The customer got a 50% payment refund for this (155usd) of his 310usd paid. I paid 70usd out of my pocket, for a customer to get a quest cape in a total of 28 days (still far under the market norm for a quest cape completion). No scam or shady trading practices occured, a power leveling order which was still extremely fast although delayed lead to a 50% refund, and me paying 70usd out of my pocket.

    DETAILS ON WHY THE 2ND HALF TOOK EXTRA TIME:
    - Customer changed the password when he played on the account and took a pause from 7/28-8/31. - Worker was attempting to sign into the account with the original password he had and not the changed password, leading to a delay in work.

    Overall Timeline Results Vs. Initial Quote given:
    - Initial Quote: 18-24 days
    - Actual time to complete: 28 Days (accounting for 3 day break for the customer wanting to play on the account himself in between quest cape portions)

    Ending results of order:
    - Order took about 30% longer than initially quoted due to mixups with the password being changed when customer played on the account.
    - Customer got refunded half of his payment (155usd) for a 30% delay in order. Do note even with the delay, this is an entire quest cape in 28 days, which is extremely fast in line with market normals (any mods that participate in the market will be able to vouch for this completion time). This customer got half of his payment refunded for a 30% extension, on an already extremely fast completion time - which was due to password mixups. No one got scammed, customer got an extremely quick quest cape, customer got half of his payment refunded, I paid 70usd out of my pocket in negative losses with no profit made.

    REASON THERE WAS A PERIOD OF DAYS I DID NOT RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER:

    I do not want to use outside factors as excuses for why there were days I did not respond to the customer, as I don't think they relate to this customers order, or the ending results of this order, and why I believe a TWC is not warranted. The only reference I will make, is that for the past 1month+, I have had lifechanging circumstances occur, which have lead to periods of inactivity on discord here and there. One of which was a few days I did not respond to this specific customer. This in no way affected the result of his order in any way, as I paid him 155usd out of my own pocket, and took a -70usd loss on the order since the order went longer than I told him it would, and would have done that anyway even without having outside distractions at the time. The password mixup would have happened either way, even if I did not have a few day period of inactivity due to outside circumstances, the only difference me not having minor inactivity would have done, is shorten the order about 20% by me noticing faster where the logistical problem was.

    For this not being the customers fault for me being away, I again refunded him 50%. This is an extremely generous refund, and I would be very hard pressed to find any other power leveler in the market offer compensation packages like this, for very minor delays on an already lightning fast order.

    REASON I BELIEVE A TWC IS NOT WARRANTED: No customer got scammed, no shady trading practices occured. All that occured is an order went 30% over the timeline (still getting completed in only 28 days which is lightning fast) and the customer got a 50% (155usd) refund out of my own pocket. Customer got an extremely fast quest cape, I paid 70usd as a loss out of my pocket, and customer got a half refund.

    I could understand a TWC if this order went far beyond the timeline with many issues, like many reports on here encompass. This did not occur here, and has never occurred with a single one of my orders. I am not a repeat offender, have never had a report against me on here for boosting out of the many years and countless orders I have done, which frankly is one of the best track records you will find on here a provider that has been doing it as long as me.

    One of the reasons reports do not come up on me, is because I have no problem taking care of my customers when there is zero fault on their own. I think a 155usd (50%) refund for an extremely minor delay should go to show that.

    The mod's comments on the report say "TWC given because nothing was done until this report was made". In response to this - I was not even aware a report was made against me at the time, and was not aware that I had a TWC until about a week ago when a customer asked me what was wrong with my sythe account.

    Furthermore if delays in responses get TWC's, why do none of these reports below have a TWC given (most of which are multiple time offenders):

    You can dispute your TWC 30 days from when the report was closed.
