Which violation you are reporting the user for: Bogus Bumping

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
I saw @Rune_Dragon was advertising an account I was interested in so I joined his discord and made a ticket, I didn't get a response for over an hour and a half. Not a huge deal but then I saw him bump all of his threads again, I started to grow suspicious that he isn't actively ready to trade, so I waited for now close to an additional 2 hours and still have not received a response.
Rune_Dragon does not appear actively ready to trade, despite his bump saying he is.

@Rune_Dragon I have issued an infraction and the following thread has been locked for 24 hours as a result of the violation outlined above:

Bogus Posting or Bumping: All posts and bumps in market/trading sections of the site must relate to real trades. You may not bump your sales thread if you are not legitimately ready to trade at the time of bumping, or if only doing so for the sole purpose of increasing post count. Punishments will be the same as false advertising.

Punishments for violating the false advertising rule are as follows but are subject to change:

1st offense: Infraction and a 24-hour lock of the offending thread
2nd offense: Infraction and a 72-hour lock of the offending thread
3rd offense: 3-day market ban and lock of all market threads in and for the specific market
4th+ offense: 7-day market ban/lock

Spamming:

Creating multiple threads advertising the same thing, or having multiple threads in the same market section (unless allowed) also constitute spam.
