Explanation of the trade: We came to an agreement for 60m for 1-85 Agility - I would be paying him an argeed upon amount of money on Monday, we never came to an agreement of how much I was paying.

Nothing was paid upfront but I would like for you too take into account the name "Divorce" which was on the account at the time - the value of this alone costs a bit.

Recently bought the bond which costs like 2.9m and there was like 1.1m in the bank.

How they scammed: Account was permanently banned. Was supposedly buying 1-85 Agility which was hand trained but my account was permanently banned.

Agreeing to the deal which we were going to do on Monday, he had already started the service lastnight and hasn't messaged me back on skype.

@Maximow what's your side of the story here? You've been online on multiple occasions since this report went up but have not responded to it at all so I added a DNT on your account and will give you 24 hours to respond here.

 

It was my fault. Working on a fair refund for both sides.

Will pay him: 1.1m (items on acc), 2.9m (bond), value of name associated with account +5%. That's where the problem was so far - been getting pretty different valuations on the name. Got 3 valuations at around 20m though. Would appreciate a mod to verify this.

 

We did try to come up with a value over skype together whereas I believe the name is 30-40m other's saying between 20-30 so it's down to the mods.

I would like to say Maximow has been cooperative throughout with me and took responsibility from the beginning.

 

@Maximow @Tenno the RSN should be valued at 25m; lmk when the two of you finished the refund and I'll wrap this up. Thanks!
