• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: My website has been offline since mid-june and i was not able to deliver any orders. All orders were refunded 1 day after this situation was reported. I am aware of the fact that my website did not fully mention that we were not taking any orders, and have changed the live chat title to "OFFLINE- do NOT place orders". I'm returning with my services in september and i will contact the customer to offer him a compensation for the inconvenience that was caused because of my mistake.
