RSFIREGOLD - Website Scam - Very Unprofessional

Explanation of the trade: Paid using G2A for 64m 07 gp. He made up bullshit in live chat then disconnected it so I can't see it anymore
How they scammed: I ordered 64m 07, he lied in live chat saying I ordered from a bunch of random email addresses. (Sounds completely made-up) then he said "Getting gold ready" (Obviously he was lying...) and finally he said "you can open a ticket if you want your money back, never come to this site again"

I filed a dispute with G2A Pay but he said HES REFUSING TO ACCEPT MY REFUND REQUEST ON G2APAY?

 

You would make this alot easier by posting a image of livechat not popping up when you open the website.

 

just some advice post some screen shots or some real proof. Unless you have it private or in deleted post you didnt post much substance

What proof can I get, chat is gone, I paid with G2A. He will scam again, and again. GF sythe community. Edit: Found tons of evidence this morning lel..... I was pretty drunk last night and appologize for the horrible grammar/lazy & late report.... but this doesn't change anything I think the kids just mad he got scammed or something and is looking to make his money back. (after he scammed me, I checked recent threads and the one right before it is a post about chargebacks - I can even show Sythe mods I have 0 chargebacks on any of my accounts) - Sketch website ran by 1 kid who can't keep it professional..... If you have a website you need to shape up.

You open his website, record a gif of his live chat not coming up. If his live chat isnt coming up means he banned you from his live chat meaning he’s either guilty or you harassed him. Simple.

 

Provide us with proof of the payment, and along with proof you were banned from the website as Cairo said - even though he's not allowed to post here.

Also took a video of the chat not loading when VPN is disabled if you want to see it. I should note that he kept saying I made purchases before with different email addresses which is completely false..... my G2A pay history can even prove it. Only thing I did was troll him on sythe AFTER he scammed me, CAUSE HE SCAMMED ME.

Why hasn't he been banned / dnted?

 

I have more evidence than needed..... Just waiting for the sketchy website/seller to be taken down & he needs to refund/give me 07 gold.

So Sythe.org and Rsfiregold.com have a partnership that legally allows your website to scam people based on what happens on their website? I need you to understand that what happens on www.Sythe.org doesn't give you magical powers to get away with fraud. You're getting me my money back or i'm going to take legal action. You need to learn where real life and video games separate. Refund now.

You received my payment via G2A, confirmed the payment, then you saw an opportunity to steal my money and get away with it. This is when you started this bullshit we're dealing with now. You said file a ticket with G2A, we can't help you and left the chat. There was no reason for you to refuse a refund unless you were trying to scam me. You were after 1 thing and 1 thing only.... my money. You're also breaking your privacy policy... This is ridiculous.

 

Honestly with recent tos changes at g2a you cant be shocked sites are thinking twice about taking certain payments through creditcard and pp, id just go get ur refund and stop whining

 

I emailed G2A and haven't had a response. There isn't some magic refund button and why are you commenting on this. You're one sketchy dude. Update: After searching around for a bit, I found a request refund from seller option, but.. you said you refuse to? That's scamming? Anyway I accidently marked the ticket I sent you as completed when it really wasn't, so I sent them a message to fix it + evidence of what happened. Payment hasn't been refunded yet. (First time using G2A tickets etc. and there system is wack)

 

its not paypal i dont have refund button i need to send an email to merchantsupport but you can do it ur self by opeining a ticket at supporthub which i explained so many times you fking scammer retarted kid
