Rsbot.net Java is not recognized as an internal or external command: and installation

I downloaded the bot client for rsbots.net and i opened installer and it immediately closed. Everyone says to fix the path and classpath. I tried every guide out there i copied and pasted it into it... No matter what i do it wont fix... I really need help, and if you fix the problem completely I will buy up to 4m junk....
it also says java is not recognized as an internal or external command
