Finally! Rap is leaving us for good! How do i know this? Well, ive been listening to rock for a really long time. Not only rock, but thrash, death, but not really emo... Anyway, rock is coming back. Im so glad because i cant stand this rap crap ( rhymes ).

Some examples of rock is coming back.

-First i have to thank my mom for telling me to grow my hair, its now long, and curly, and past my friggin shoulders, and wats better is all the girls like me and they <3 my hair.

-More guys started growing their hair AFTER they seen all the girls with me.
then they started listening to my music, and most of the kids are wiggers, chiggers and even GANGSTAS.

-My mom also told me to wear ripped jeans, this happened in 5th grade, everyone thought it was stupid, but then went i went into public, lots of people liked it, they even started selling ripped jeans in stores, but all my friends ripped em purposely by falling and stuff.

-Recently Ozzy osbourne has been to smackdown, and then the "GANGSTA" people there were headbanging and even making the \../ sign

-Ozzy has been brought into the hall of fame

-Ozzy realeased a new album already

-Skid row just realeased a new album, but i like their first better

-MOST IMPORTANTLY for all you who want to go to ozzfest, guess what?

Dude, Rap will never fall the empire is high, same with rock if they do fail us we will be stuck with horrible music

 

as much as this bother me: rap won't leave. Music (or rhymes) will never leave completely, because there will always be someone that likes it. And metal artists will keep releasing albums (even the old ones).

I'm sure metal will grow more popular (it already is extremely popular) because unlike rap/hip-hop you actually need instrumental skills to get commercially accepted.

 

screw rap. heavy metal all the way. and yeah the new ozzy CD is awesome, my dad bought it and i burned it and also got it all on my iPod now. i hope rap does fall i hate they way all the preppy guys idolize all the rappers and try to say they are hardcore when none of em have had to buy anything for themselves. EVER.

 

Because u idolize one group of music genre does not make it 'great' Dude Rap is Just rhymes and lyric's which you DO NEED SKILL TO DO, Can u guy's make wicked rhymes just outta you're head? you gotta see both point's before you Offend that group of genre i love Metal just as much as i love rap but People seem to think its not okay too like both we'll new's flash the world has changed People like what they like If you dont like it TOO BAD You Cant stop Rap because Hate to break it too ya but without a genre too hate ppl would all hate metal turn back to country Metal Is just as 'BAD' as rap exept they scream and use instrument's. have u ever listened to the lyrics and compare? i bet you haven't.

 

Rap is awesome if you dont like it stop complaining and dont listen to it..itll save your life some time.

 

erm acctually yeah freestyle rap is pretty easy those lil preppy bitches at my school have rap battles at lunch and do a damn good job. im not against rap im against the ppl that listen to gangsta rap and think it applies to them even tho they have never seen anything even remotely gangsta in their lil suburban neighborhoods. paint ball is as hardcore as they get and im thinkin real bullets hurt worse than ones made of paint.

rap is just making things that rhyme and make a beat, rock bands/thrash or w/e else use INSTRUEMENTS and the rappers or gangsta people think its dumb, why is that? because they want to go to jail, get shot, etc.

98% of people who listen to rap, gangsta rap and act gangsta, especially wiggers and chiggers ,get kiled between 15 and 30

Actualy I saw on CNN that rap sales where way down and rock was actualy getting higher. If I find the chart I'll post it.

 

Rock has never been gone. People just see rap in our society and think it's more popular than rock, but truly, rap is nowhere near as popular as rock in many countries.

I'm actually not taking sides, seeing as I like both rock and rap.

 

Yeah, i think it's pretty country-specific. Look at Germany. Most people listen to Metal there.

 

FUCK YEAH IM GOING TO OZZFEST IM GOIN TO ST LOUIS! Anyways, Rap will never leave, there are people who still listen to Opera, so there will always be people listening to Rap. Rock is the almighty, and is one of the many gifts from God. The other gifts are Hott Guys, Hott Girls, the PS2, and TV

i wish rap would fall...the shit that rappers are coming up with now is pathetic. the choruses are like 3 words for the popular songs...or some songs like spelling out shit MY GOD i hate this rap. any form of rock will always kick rap's ass..you need REAL talent to be in a rock band rather than almost no talent to be in a rap group..especially considering other people are usually making the lyrics for rap songs anyways.
