Roary is actually a good mod on this site, and actually took the time to realize I was unfairly banned. Appreciate everything you did for me, much love, much love.

When I was wrongfully banned I was trigger happy banned by Ziggley. Roary was actually the one who took the time to look through my situation and he unbanned me. To say the least, the "Report a Scammer" section is tough one for the mods and they need to slow down a little bit and take time to understand the situation. At the same time, they do have deal with a lot of bullshit and it's tough for us non-mods to realize that. I lost a lot of faith as well, but it gets better over a couple days. Every mod makes mistakes, and it is a good thing there are a lot of them.

 

You have to learn to let it go. In that case, I was not trigger happy in the sense that you are making it out to be. I used my presented evidence and made a logical choice. When I consulted with your middleman and Error Free, they both had evidence that pointed at you being the guilty one. The way you reacted to Youngbucks- questions/statements only incriminated you further. Don't place the blame solely on me as both sides were at fault.

It may be wise to keep a check on your attitude as well. Jumping down my/or any other mods throat for making a decision will only further delay any help you may receive.

No reason to get defensive Zigs. It sounds like in this post that you are threatening to delay any possible future help he may need because of his perspective of the situation. If you read the post he went on to explain that he understands that shit happens. No need to get in a twist.

 

Yeah I know I got defensive. This is the second time he has posted on this matter and it time that it is put to bed.

To be fair we've had too many scenarios of scam quitting/"I'll pay later" scenarios. You owed someone a large sum of money and you didn't state that the chargeback limited you, you said you could not pay because of that chargeback which made me immediately think "how does a 10 dollar chargeback effect a 1000+ transaction". We appreciate you refunding so quickly but unfortunately sometimes that doesn't occur so you understand that a report like that does raise a few flags as staff.

Tldr; I would have done what Roary did.

 

It doesnt matter who is posting and how big someone's reputation is, owing that kind of money and posting so you don't get banned is always a warning signal in my eyes - and will always be a ban. Was nothing to do with trigger-happiness, just seen too many scams from new market players like yourself.

 

Besides the whole Roary is a nub thing. He is a great friend, always there when you need to talk day or night.

 

I am usually the first to jump on anti-staff sentiments, trust me, but what the actual fuck? You're arguing cyclically, contradicting yourself, and misusing words that you have no right using in the first place. I can assure you that this isn't a legal matter as Sythe is private property, Roary is an agent of Sythe (the man) and as such is vested with the power to protect (adjudicate and ban when he sees fit under this power) the private property of Sythe. He saw fit to ban you to prevent future damages. There are numerous users with infinitely more reputation than you that have been banned for situations that presented danger to the community. While I am generally not a fan of the staff because they do make stupid decisions sometimes when it comes to preventing fiscal harm to individuals on the site they're usually johnny-on-the-spot, because, again, this all goes back to that vested power they have as agents to conduct business and protect Richard's revenue stream and interests.

 

I guess it wasn't trigger happy but as a decently respected member of your site who donated more than the "frame" was worth in total I would've taken the time to talk to me instead of banning me. Whatever, it is in the past and everything is how it should be.


Roary, just give him time and he will calm down. As I know, it takes a little bit of time.

 

Stop being childish, Roary did what was right, and you "conducting business" while being in debt 1,000+ is more the reason to ban you.

Anyways, Roary, you did the right thing. I enjoy calling people kids with you over the SFA.
