Rivenstarz scammed an account

Recover the account for him. If you recover it for him and it's been known he sold it in that time, then the responsibility does not lay on you.

 

Just Attempted an Appeal And its been denied the Only information I can provide in the recovery is
1) first password
And Isp creation and Current
I am the Original Owner but theres never been any Billing information or that kinda stuff linked to the account, so the only information I can provide is what ive stated.
I think that's why its been denied just lack of information (the Account its self is 10 years old+)


Does this mean my only option left is to Issue a refund? Or can I wait for proof its been recoverd before I Issue a refund?

Don't infraction me please. This usually happens after someone tries to recover an account with some correct information but not enough from a different IP. It's kind of suspicious that Sean didn't want to show proof that it was recovered until rivenstarz failed to recover it which caused it to be locked.

 

How is this one with time stamp this was from a skype message i sent my brother since i bought this account for him in January? this better for you @Teeto

 

i had to dig back to find this guess i could of done this in the first place that woulda made this 10x easier lmao but either way i want a refund for this account since if he does recover it it will just happen again

 

My only reservation is that if the account was locked on January 28th, why did you wait until March to make a report?

 

From the messages I got (posted here) It appears to me that sean forgot the password he changed it to spammed the login with "selling123" I then got a private message from sean saying that he actualy was trying the wrong password then he messaged me th password that shows the account is locked ( i can post this but it has sensetive info about the account, i could just pm it to you hahanerd) then attempted to recover the account repeatley. Got the account locked then accused me of scamming it back so he can get a refund.

He's wasting my time.

 

I never tried recovering the account i came to you right when the account was locked i didnt report until now because ive been banned for a month and i never spam a wrong password i generally use the same passwords on cycle so i go through the cycle

 

To me this is simple January the account was locked i contacted him while it was locked after 50 days i forgot then remembered password he wanted proof it was locked there you go if he is OO he can recover it but he cant because he isnt the OO of the account

1 the account was locked in January JANUARY lemme type it again JANURAY i put in the wrong password in MARCH ill type it again MARCH one more time M A R C H that means the account was already locked. just wanna make this clear i was banned for a month for not even recovering and had to pay a refund without the kid ever showing proof the account was locked this account is actually locked ive shown plenty of proof timing is off due to the ban and i have to go through hoops and ladders this is mind blowing to me lol

To me if you are the original owner you can unlock it simple the reason accounts get locked are due to false recoveries you are not the original owner

 

If he is the OO like he said simply just unlock the account thats all im asking at this point

i didnt lock the account guy its been locked since January most likely when you tried to recover it but since you arent the OO you couldnt and now because you arent the OO you cant unlock it
