he is refusing to either recover account and give back or give me refund claims im "lying" because i was recently banned i payed the refund i owed i dont want the account i want a refund i also contacting him a month before i was banned @rivenstarz

Before I consider a refund of any kind ive asked for proof that the acount I sold him has been recoverd.

What ive been given is a screenshot saying Invalid Password... anybody can fake that screenshot.

Show proof and we will talk.

You still havent shown proof, atm its just your word and thats not enough for me to go on. Btw you might wana censor part of the screenshot you uploaded, it shows the first password on the account, Thats pretty stupid information to put out in the open, makes your account less secure.

This is the screen shot of what I'm being greeted with once starting the Recovery Process Ive never seen this before and its different from the Normal screen that you would normaly recive. (any 1 can check this by trying to recover an account)

I think you've locked/banned the account and your after a refund by claiming that ive recoverd it.

At no point in the conversation did I refuse to give out a refund/ recover the account

All I want is proof,(your screen shot isn't proof its an easy picture) If that's provided I have no problem recovering the account/ giving a refund but until then, All this is based of is just your word accusing me of Scamming, Since you've just been Banned I'm not taking any chances with you,

So with that screen shot uploaded it points towards showing the account is locked/whatever the password sean supplied me which should come up with "account is locked" upon trying to log in actualy comes up with invalid password. Doesnt seem right to me at all,

Hence why im asking for proof he aint trying to fuck me over, once thats established we can work towards a refund/me returing his account.

 

same conversation we already had here me saying u recovered the account you say i didnt i dont have access to the account since idk January i mean why recover an account you already have details to when u could just fess up and move on

 

I dont know that you havent re sold the account to anybody else, thats why im hesitant to just recover it. Imagine if someone else lost out because I recoverd and account and just gave it back to you

About a refund until then, im gonna let the descision lie with a mod about what happens.

 

1. if i sold the account and you recover it guess who also gets banned me
2. i dont want your account i dont want anything to do with you i want my money back

 

I don't see any proof that the account was recovered. If you are indeed the original owner as you claim you are, the best you can do is recover the account, regardless if it's banned/locked.

I am the original owner of the Account,
I dont have any problems issuing a refund /recovering the account. If its proven the account has been stolen, I simply dont want to be held responsable if its been sold on during his banned period.

Im working just now and i will be for the majority of the day. When ive free time over that afternoon il start the recovery process.
