RIP payment owed paid

Just wish I wouldnt have been banned after I replied to the dispute saying I would pay it when I get home just though that was kinda mean considering ive seen loads of disputes where a mod pm's the user owing the money and gives them 24 hours to respond I guess im not a good enough member for that.

But anyways enough of that ive paid my dues now that im home from a long 14 hours at work as promised.

Can I now be unbanned.
