    Disputing recent ban for user "jacqstrap"

    Hi,

    I just feel uneasy about how I was banned. In Nooblet's pictures provided, it is nothing more than a Skype conversation. Can proof of the transaction (the 07 GP being moved) be shown in any way? I think it would be hard to do so; comparably, I'm having a difficult time gaining any suspicion of doubt in my favor from anyone who has taken a look at my situation.

    Also, I disagree with your statement, Charlotte, where you say:

    "As the user who you scammed..."

    I did not scam anyone. Unfortunately (sorry for repeating myself again), the account was phished and a post, unbeknownst to my attention, was made. Is it not fishy that the account reporting me for a scam was banned not too far after?

    Maybe I'm pointing out little discrepancies that aren't even there. You might have used the terminology "you" to generalize the fact that my account was "scamming" someone, hence just referring to me as the scammer.

    Is it out of the question to ask for proof that the banned user Nooblet made the purchase?

    In short, you stated you are unclear as to what I'm disputing; I am just trying to get unbanned because I did not do anything wrong. I also feel that my requests for a in-depth look into my IP history has been ignored/unaddressed...maybe this request is completely irrelevant/unnecessary, but I wouldn't know. I just feel like I'm getting told, time and time again...

    "You scammed, it is your fault, please pay up."

    Thank you for taking the time to look into this situation.

    Your account did scam someone, that's why I'm mentioning it that way.

    You will need to repay the scam as your account is your responsibility, even if it wasn't you who scammed.
