Disputing recent ban for user "jacqstrap"

Was banned in a thread facilitated by moderator "Champ." Here is the link.

If you read into the thread, the general plot is that user "Nooblet" was scammed by me in a 2007scape transaction. I attempt to defend myself, saying my account has been phished. Toward the end of the thread, Champ finalizes my ban and explains that the security of my Sythe account is my responsibility, and I am accountable for a refund to the scammed party.

*I would like to point out that in the official Sythe rules, it is stated that:

• If your Sythe account (or any other account like Powerbot, RuneScape etc) is hacked, and the hacker scams with that account, your Sythe account will be banned. You must reimburse all scammed members before the staff will consider unbanning you

Not that it quite matters or anything (I'm assuming you all trust your own staff), but Champ acted justly and fairly with this incident and I have no problems with the actions taken.

This is a link for a thread accusing user "Nooblet" of scamming in 2007scape. I think it is uncanny that the user, who filed a scam report on me, is later reported in a scam report himself in 2007scape. This thread is also facilitated by Champ; a thought that occurred in my head is if Champ has any forethought on the action of my ban based off this recent evidence.

A couple questions I am guessing any opposition would have toward this:
Why are you trying so hard to get unbanned? It's very ironic that, after all this time remaining "inactive," you create posts attempting to scam.
Recently, I used Bogla Gold services and obtained money for a 07 account. This is not to say that this transaction was directly the reason of my security being compromised; however, I was banned a first time for a similar scam report, and I stated my innocence by saying that I was hacked. In the first scam report thread by me, a moderator himself states suspicion that my account has been hacked. Link can be found here (moderator is Meteor, in this case).

You got phished "twice." This is odd behavior for an account.
I completely agree. It sucked because my 07 account was cleaned (that's my fault for not having 2-step authentication), but I totally own up to that. It is also my responsibility for having my accounts maintain a step of security by having different credentials from one another - this is something I've fixed.

Is there any possibility of an IP audit to help, in my favor? I get that this is a black market website where lies and deceit happen every single day. I can't help but feel I got the bad end of the stick, and am being held "guilty until proven innocent." I've done the best I can to maintain my innocence, and I honestly don't think it's enough. I have tried pointing out that the mannerisms and language on this account, when it was phished, are drastically different from the posts that I am making when I have restored ownership to the account.

 

I'm not entirely sure what you're disputing.

It's not guilty until proven innocent. It's simply, what is the proof? What is proven here is your account was used to scam, and now there is a debt. As the user who you scammed is now banned for scamming, the debt you owe can be refunded to a mod to go towards our community repayment thread (we repay other active Sythe users who have fallen victim to scams).
