resetting my password

hello sythe team

I have been accessing the site for a long time "with the user name: Mina Nagib" without any problem as my password was saved over my pc and I was kept logged in whenever I load up any sythe page

but today I have downloaded a new browser and on trying to access sythe over it a msg told me I have to reset my pass as it was old so I requested a reset link that was sent to me just fine, and on filling the required application then it tells me that the new pass has been sent to my email but nothing was sent over it

I have checked the spam folder and nothing there too, also sometimes I haven't been getting sythe notifications over my email so I am not and sometimes I get them so I am not sure if it's a sythe issue with the emails or just my email

so hopefully someone from the staff members can send me that pass over my account email
