Requesting Unban Already

Hello,

This is the second time i've been banned for absolutely no reason because the other party freaked out because they can't handle life. This is the second time nobody asked me a question, left me a description of the problem, NOTHING, but just banning me right away when someone that has less 'trustworthiness' than me (since this site revolves around that).

Regarding this matter, anyways, the customer freaked out for no reason. The night before, the customer paid me 10M to complete him mith gloves, and since he came back for the 4th order I said I would throw in DT for free. I said I would start a few quests before I went to bed, than finish the rest in the morning since I was super tired and i'd just finished orders for him beforehand. He suggested I go to sleep, than start. However, he wanted me to go sleep for 2,3 hours than complete the ENTIRE mith gloves order. I said maybe i'll wake up around 11, maybe earlier if i can't sleep, and i'll do it. Never have I said that I will wake up exactly at the given times and finish exactly at '6' which the customer wanted, which i never agreed upon either, this is just what he wanted.

I wake up a few hours late, and didn't start the quests (which was fine, because I was suppose to start when I got up anyways). I come to find this guy was freaking out, thinking I ran off with his 10m (meanwhile he vouched me saying I was on his account with 25M bank, but think I ran off with 10 a couple orders after lol?). Again, I was banned without question, evidence, nothing just pure assumption. The customer tells me he messaged a mod on skype that goes by the name of 'josh0' or something and 'josh0' replies "i'll take care of it".

I am tired of this BS quite literally, and I am loosing revenue from being banned for NO reason. It's making my account look horrible, and it's already pushed away quite a few job opportunities due to being banned, and not being able to PM for validation.

I completed the mith gloves in time, the same day, before the day turned, just like what was agreed. I didn't even have to start his quest and finish it in the time frame I did, because I did it extra fast to just get the customer out of my life and move on. Everything that was agreed upon, was kept. The customer OPTED OUT of the free DT quest I offered to do (I have proof).

I have proof of all of the statements, I would like to get unbanned and wish that some of the moderators here that are poorly trained can properly assess a problem and take the action required. This is complete BS, this is the second time and it's happening everywhere, only people who suck up to staff or the staff apply favoritism to their everyday modding is starting to annoy me. I have projects and work to complete for people, and i'm tired of being banned by unprofessional staff.
