Spicy Ban Appeal
Requesting to remove my DNT. [Spicy]
Spicy's 2nd DNT appeal. (I accidently appealed this one too early so got denied early)

Why I think my DNT should be removed:
1. The incident which got me banned in the first place on Sythe (which resulted in me being stuck with a DNT) happened BEFORE I was trading on Sythe and also was NOT RELATED to Sythe at all. I also returned 100% of "wrongfully earned money" to @video straight away.

2. I have a perfect track record on Sythe, I have obtained many vouches and a half-decent reputation on sythe without a single complaint. my vouches can be viewed here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/spicy-gp-vouch-thread/
Unfortunately since my ban on sythe I haven't been gathering off-site vouches, but I am still active within the odds-staking community and any sythe traders who still trade with me will vouch for my legitimacy.

3. I do truly show remorse for my involvement in the incidents I am held accountable for. I can't give direct proof of this however I think any Sythe member who knows who I am or at least spoken to me will know that this is true. I am very sorry for involving myself with the wrong people.

4. I assumed that the 3 above points should be enough to remove my DNT, however since it's been almost a year of struggling to remove it I can only assume the reason for this is the "nature of my report" and how I am viewed as a potential threat to the Sythe Market community, so i will do the best I can to try clear up the report against me.

The report accuses me of ddosing, chargebacking, and stake-scamming (staking with different rules against the opponent to fight with better odds).
- First off, I did not chargeback ANYONE on paypal and never have attempted to.
- Secondly, I don't think changing the rules in a stake against another player ingame is bannable on Sythe. (such as someone running an account using a hasta on 07 or turning prayer on). Even if it is against the sythe rules, I returned the winnings of the incident I was held accountable for to video anyway.
- and finally, I DID NOT DDOS ANYONE. Just because I split the risk in an unfair stake doesn't make me a scammer or ddoser, all I did was agree to split the win or loss in half on that one single incident. I have NEVER ddosed anyone.

TL;DR
- the incident which got me banned wasn't sythe related + i returned all money which was won unfairly.
- I have a decent reputation, plenty of vouches and lots of people who can trust me with several thousands of dollars.
- I am an odds staker and crypto trader who wants to access the Sythe marketplace to have more people that I can trade and make friends with.
- I don't want to return to Sythe just to scamquit a one-off payment, I want to return so that I can grow my income, expand my inner-circle and have more people to rely on.

- I was trying to emphasise that it happened before I was even on Sythe. I feel as though I shouldn't be judged based on 2 minor incidents which happened years ago, especially since I have already paid back the unfair winnings.

- I have typed out in all the appeals I have made that I truly do regret being involved in the two incidents which I am being held accountable for, my apologies for not making my remorse clear in this appeal but I do truly regret involving myself with shady people. Even though I haven't been involved with such people since I started to trade on Sythe, I am remorseful for my actions and I will not associate myself with malicious people again.
- I am not claiming all offences against me are false, I am saying the nature of the offences are misunderstood, I shall try clarify them again below:

I have never chargebacked or ddos'ed anyone, I will admit to 2 incidents only:
1. Huit ddos'ed someone in a stake and split the risk with me. This doesn't make me a ddoser just because I accept a split in a stake, but it was wrong of me to accept the split in the first place and because of this incident I will never accept a split from a stake from anyone which has unethical nature. Whether or not I accepted the split or not wouldn't have changed the outcome of the victim being ddos'ed and losing the stake, however I paid video my share of the split in that stake regardless.

2. I helped assist another player in stake-scamming someone on RS3 with "Prayer Enabled" in a box stake, resulting in the victim staking against odds without knowing. I personally do not think that this is against the rules of Sythe, but just incase it is I ended up paying the winnings to @video anyway to stay on the safe side.

Just because I have a DNT rank on Sythe doesn't mean that I am 100% not allowed to RWT on RuneScape. I still have a bunch of contacts on Skype and Discord who I continue to trade with, and in this one incident @runescapetoday asked to confirm if I was the real Spicy from Sythe before trading with me, I was unable to PM him on sythe because of my DNT so I wrote on my profile page instead. I specifically said beforehand that my account is DNT and if this puts him off to trade with me then fair enough. I used to trade with this user regularly and he PM'd me first.

From now on if someone asks to confirm if it's the real me, I will not involve the Sythe platform if I am DNT/Banned, that was mybad and it won't happen again. Sorry for not remembering about this.
