    Explanation of the trade: 50m for stats trained
    How they scammed: didn't scam, just more than 3x the eta he provided, this isn't a construction company building a house during covid

    i'm requesting a refund of 25m of the 50m for failure to complete in the deadline he provided.
    This order is still NOT COMPLETED. Still being done.

    this is a surprise to be honest, considering that the client has been logged into the account for the last few days and also due to the fact that the job is 95% complete, i.e. only a couple of mining levels are missing

    Don't provide a ETA that you can't meet.
    If you were 1-2 days late that's acceptable, 3 days sure pushing it. But today i try log in to play the account and you're on this many days into it cba man

    @ op if you're online how is he supposed to meet a deadline? @Iron Services did u notify the customer that he's online to much and that you won't be able to meet eta's with him being on the account? what does your TOS say about customers being on the accs's and ect?

    I guess in this case I made a mistake by not making him accept my terms and conditions on my server, I didn't think there would be a problem with that, I also didn't let him know that he shouldn't log in like I usually do, we only need 3 levels anyway mining to finish and my worker is still doing it (since the account password has not been changed)

    hello, the term 'too much' is being used blatantly.
    • define too much?
    • how many hours did i log on daily?
    • was it more than 5% of the 24h day?

    please provide us evidence on 'multiple' occasions that your trainer attempted to log in and the account was already logged in.. i'm sure any trainer would send a ss to their boss, please include those in this thread.

    furthermore i was never instructed that i couldn't log on the account.

    if i'm allowed i'd like to cancel the settlement of 25m and pursue the 50m for failure to complete service in a maximum allocated deadline.
    deadlines are meant to be met not exceeded by 200%+

    I'm sorry, I don't have evidence, I only follow up on what I was doing to my workers by pressing for progress, but the account has already been completed and delivered, I just need the owner to confirm it to move forward

    Surely you must have some type of chat logs with your workers stating that the customer was logged in while he was trying to service the account

    I've seen enough to show that the worker did attempt to log in on more than one occasion but the account was already logged in. While I won't make you add it to your TOS @Iron Services , this is a very bad practice as an account service provider. I suggest you not allow customers to log in, and if they need to they should get permission first. This additionally could increase ban risks between accounts. I won't require @Iron Services to refund the op's full demands, though the service is indeed late and something should be compensated back to the op. Please refund the op 10m in 07 at your earliest convenience, seeing how you failed to tell the customer to stop logging in while your worker was attempting to work on it. Let me know when this is done, and i'll close this thread

    This is resolved, thank you both. Do remember in the future @Iron Services , that mishandling customers account or providing a poor service can and will lead to TWC's and or DNT's in the future.
