    Returning to the topic, I don't think it's very relevant anyway, it seems to me that the mods have enough information to make their decision and if they need more they will ask for it that way, I think we made the points to be discussed quite clear.

    I know I deserve reimbursement for you dying on the account. That much is clear. It’s standard practice and I bet anyone else who has dabbled in hcim from scratch accounts agrees. It’s up to the mods if they agree with me or not.

    The account being taken is a different story. You know you took control of the account and you lied and you deserve some sort of punishment for it. It’s up to the mods whether they take the evidence given seriously or not. Whether I have to open another scam report or whatever. People need to know you aren’t above taking accounts and lying about it.

    I’m not sure where you are getting with this… I’m referring to the fact you have a screenshot of the account getting 40 slayer when the account died at 39 and apparently nobody had access since the moment the account died…

    no. regardless of the outcome from the mods, I have had a horrible time using your services and I do not want to deal with you any longer. your worker was slow and did not follow directions. on top of the fact that either you or your employee changed the password of the account, trust is now a big issue. I'm surprised that @President would suggest that knowing that I believe you took my account but I can respect wanting to deescalate the situation in favor of both parties.

    The service so far was not finished. The death on the HCIM, despite your ToS stating 'we are not responsible for the death of HCIM...', does not relieve you from your contractual obligation to complete a HCIM with the specified requirements from scratch, as doing so on a new account remains possible.

    The work done so far has resulted in an incomplete IM, which is not what was ordered. Saddling IronManSeller with an IM he did not request does not seem to be an adequate solution, despite the account having some value. That's like returning a broken PlayStation and receiving a GameBoy plus a portion of the full amount paid, when the aggrieved party absolutely doesn't need the GameBoy.

    Therefore my ruling is: either refund IronManSeller or complete the job on a new HCIM. Given the unsatisfactory execution of the job (read: extreme delay and death of the HCIM), I am inclined to mandate a refund. @Iron Services please refund @IronmanSeller $160
