i am requesting a high pardon, i was banned by R2Pleasent because he felt i lied to him and scammed a person without any real proof.

I am asking if i could start over with a new account, i also ask if all moderates would watch me closely and if i make any type of scam or any attempt to break any rule, to ban me permanently, on this website.
I want another chance with a new account, because i was banned without any real proof of a scam.
