I was banned for seemingly no reason other than similarities between accounts. the impostor used a skype name that is remarkably similar to mine. and yes i did change my skype details as i wanted to connect it to the current ones i am using which is an unfortunate coincidence. given the time of the banning.
i am from the PH and your records will show as such. this guy (MMORPGPHILL) according to skype details is from the UK.
@RYAN you mentioned that i would need to request for a pardon to get unbanned. I have never scammed anyone on sythe and my numerous feedbacks on my vouches forum will prove that to some extent (http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1428254-mmorpgphils-vouches-post11529959.html). I feel this is unwarranted as you are asking me to admit to something that i never did. I'm the victim here by this impostor. FYI all his skype and contact details can easily be fabricated to give the same information as mine in the past and this is the only reason for the ban.
@ROARY the one who imposed the ban. Please look into my appeal. This is my second attempt to appeal the ban.
I would like you to check the IP records for my account if only to prove that i have never logged in on the same IP as the account in question. I would like restitution as I feel this is the only proper recourse for banning me by mistake.
