This is the last time i would appeal for restitution seeing as Ryan previously said that i am not eligible for such.
Here are the facts:
1) User MMORPGPHILL scammed user alc086 and I, MMORPGPHIL got banned for having the same contact details as MMORPGPHILL.
2) i have never used skype id: JHAXCODES (which MMORPGPHILL used). I used to have JHOXCODES as a skype id which i changed months ago to codefilipinas to update my contact details to the current ones. I also used to have [email protected] on YM and [email protected] as well as 603589188 on ICQ as contact details. USER MMORPGPHILL used all three as his contact details when he made his account. He also used the same PROFILE PIC as mine.
3) I have requested for an IP investigation but Ryan seems to be content on just basing this on screenshot evidence. I believe this in itself is not sufficient to warrant a ban. USER alc086 does not have enough evidence to prove that it is me, MMORPGPHIL. If this is how you investigate bannings, then all I have to do to have someone banned in these forums is copy their contact information and make a deceptively named profile close to their user name.
4) I believe I at least have the right to have this investigated further. I have been an upstanding member on sythe with lots of vouches on my vouch thread. I have never scammed anyone irl or in this site. An IP check will clearly show that I am not connected in any way to MMORPGPHILL.
This is my final attempt and I hope a decent mod out there will devote some time to look into this further. If not I bid SYTHE goodbye and thanks for allowing me to be a part of your community albeit for a small time.
