REQUEST - FLIPPERS for 3lvl account using combat expless method

[RankedLast]

So Im looking for someone who's able to get Flippers for my 3lvl skiller using recoil/venge method avoiding getting any combat exp.

I do not have alt account with venge, so you must be able to provide it.

I provide the supplies.

Whoa. Ordered the Flippers from Daniel and found out account has leveled combat level and therefore the terms of the deal was broken.

Now the 3 level skiller is ruined with combat levels and my 40M is gone.

Need to open a dispute I quess.
