Reporting someone for impersonating my old site

That's irrelevant, Roary and I still own the rights to the site. I am still able to log in to the CP

 

And on top of that, this guy never had access to our site, but is using our site as a means to make profit. You can see that by the post I made on page #1

 

No we haven't used it because we found a new market that is more profitable as I said on page #1

 

But I still renew the site every year just in case and still own the rights to it

 

If i'm paying for it then I still own the rights to the site. If the site is in my name, then I still own the rights to it, If my logo is still present on the backpage of the site then I own the rights to it

 

I'm able to make the site live again, I just don't care enough to do that because like I said I have multiple other businesses that pay a lot better without the risk

 

I never questioned his user name. The only thing I questioned is the fact that he advertised my site 5 or more times which is shown on page #1

 

I'll settle for less than what he owes me, which if I take him to court would be about $8,000. So just let him know that I'm willing to settle a deal outside of court. If he doesn't take the offer then you know that I can actually take him to court on this and I will win

 

He is making money from advertising my site, he has no affiliation with my site and he owes me money for that

If you want to purchase the site @rsgpbank then I can sell it to you, but don't sit there and act like you own the site while making money without paying me. I'll give you a discount pertaining to the money you owe me and I'll give you a good deal on the site if you actually want to be the owner of it. I'll sell it to you, but don't you dare sit there and pretend to be the owner if you're not the owner.

 

I'm literally logged in to the admin CP right now. This guy has never had any sort of affiliation with my site and claims to be the owner in the posts listed on page #1. That is infringement on my intellectual property and he needs to pay me for that. @Sythe

He misrepresented himself causing him to make money on my behalf, he does owe me money

 

I mean I could just take this to court, It would cost me $250 which is a lot less than the amount in question and I will win If I have to go down that road
