Reporting israndyasian for botting

Explanation of the trade: Was supposed to train skills and do quests for me. Try to login to the account today to see that it has been disabled.
Amount scammed: 29m 07
How they scammed: Botted my account. Had already paid him for the service as everything seemed fine. He was supposed to finish off dragon slayer after I had paid him. I'm assuming he did that and when I woke up, the account has been disabled.

I would like a refund of the 29m 07 I've given him or be allowed to hold 29m 07 of his till he builds me an account with the exact same stats and quests.

I am currently talking to Yirru. I do not believe this is a ban from me. I completed a very long list of quests and skilling, all to be listed. Yirru tried to log on 10 hours after the last quest was finished, when the ban was issued. I do not believe that a ban would be issued in 10hours or less in the time that the last quest had been completed. I had the account for 26hours from when he gave the information to when he logged in. The ban looks to be a minor ban, which when I started the account had some stats to start with but not much. With as much quests and skilling I had to do anyone could believe that would be a major ban issue for all of that.
Will talk to Yirru more to see what will come of and how this will be situated. Yirru also agreed to my terms of service on the post. Please give time to talk to Yirru.

Do you have screenshots for every action you completed (leveling up skills, completing quests etc.)? If so please share them with OP and report back here

The account had never been botted on in the first place, and I had given you the account a while after I had already got those stats.
Do you have screenshots of all the levels? And I logged onto the account first thing in the morning when I woke up to see that it was banned. I am 100% sure the account was botted by you or one of your so called 'workers'.

 

Yup, I don't think he has screenshots of any of it.. I don't really care about the money, just sad that one of my accounts has a blackmark on it.

If you want to resolve this @isRANDYasian, just refund me for the service or even half of it. I believe in giving people second chances, so the choice is yours. Hopefully you will learn from your mistakes and change your ways.

And I suggest using Runelite for all your services if you do end up sticking around cause it takes screenshots of every level,quest etc.

@Panda I don't want to say anymore. I tried to resolve this with him, but it turns out he is trying to be deceitful again. I was gonna let him off the hook for 5m cause I felt bad for him. But he pulled out the TOS card and now I don't feel sorry for him any more as he clearly doesn't care that the account got banned.

Take responsibility for your actions and grow from it. @isRANDYasian. I will be fine with whatever the mods decide.

 

What? Why are you being so hostile. I have been very apologenic and sorry even when I am positive this ban is not caused by my service.

I am now sticking with my terms of service that you commented and agreed on before the service was started. I will now wait for panda to give his thoughts.

And btw, you made me post on your service thread midway through the order. Something else that I found sketchy while dealing with you.

Also, I like how you, many a time, left out so many things and kept changing prices while the order was going on. This was what sketched me out the most, I've never had a problem dealing with any service provider before, and this is the first dispute I've ever opened. I never let it come to this because I believe in helping people do the right thing. You have given me no choice now.

 

I tried to offer a couple of solutions,2 to be exact, then you got angry. I think its best to have staff guide and see what the next best solution is.

Please look, I am not trying to make this a mess. You even confirmed when you discord confirmationed me before service started about unquieID and payment amount.

Providing screenshots is mandatory if you want to try and prove your innosense against botting claims despite your TOS, as for compensation i will discuss some things with staff and report back to you guys

I have discussed this with 4 other mods and the outcome has been altered by a tad bit; Yirru you'll have to provide definite proof that israndyasian botted on your account or we can not request a refund from israndyasian. Please let me know if you have any proof of this

 

Panda, I feel like the fact that he has no screenshots for any levels while having a service thread open is proof enough. I have screenshots for over 80 accounts I've worked on. Also he was the only one who had access to the account, so it could not have been anyone else. I am fine with any outcome really. I trust you guys to make the right decision in this instance. As I said, the money is not an issue to me.
