You think a scam is you not being able to comprehend the terms of service you agreed twice to. Why would you agree twice after reading them and then reading it once more before terminating the service. Holy fuck. What do you not get, you agreed to the terms of service and now your whining about it.

 

You keep saying that as if I had a choice? Had I not agree'd to your scam-baiting TOS, you wouldn't have "cancelled" the service. So once again, that is your loophole for scamming people of the community. That doesn't fly with me, if other people let it fly shame on them. The fact you're on here scamming for a skilling service is crazy to me. Stop interrupting me please, im getting bites out here!

 

Update: Not really an update, just something I forgot to mention. The user is also a part of a discord that I'm in about botting. I never directly accused the user of botting like he tried to say in the screenshots, but he is afk loads of the time, even though it shows he is playing in game (WCing at woodcutting guild, NMZ, etc.). So that leads me to believe he may be using the scripts on peoples accounts for services. Like I said, not accusing, just putting it out there as a possibility. Thanks for reading, and please don't hesitate to ask for anything, I will provide anything you guys need to get to the bottom of this.

What’s MY accounts being online have to do with anything? Just because I’m in sammich’s discord you think I’m botting on other people’s accounts? Per sythe rules if a service is completed via a bot customer must be notified as I’ve told you before. (You still seem to not be able to comprehend plain writing in the forms of sythe rules, and my terms of service) And if I was to be botting on your account you can be damn sure your service would be done by now. My side was completely transparent and easy to understand, as he understood it too. He asked for an approximate guess of when it would be done I gave him an approximate time if criteria was met, aka x amount of hours a day at x experience rate. Also stated later on in discord about *QUOTE* of time that he said word for word, QUOTE, understanding that it’s a QUOTE. I don’t understand how you can pull a, blah blah it wasn’t a quote it should be done by now you said by x day it should be done by x day. Let alone saying I would offer a refund upon cancelation when I’ve never said that, and the other plenty of lies. You confirmed you read the tos before and after you accepted the order and before and after you terminated your service. But yet you don’t understand still the tos. The account you referenced that is in NMZ is MY account isn’t it? The one your publicly putting on a bogus report? And the one in wc guild has an identical name as MY account in nmz? I’m sure you can lookup my account on crystal labs like you do every 6 hours for your account during the service and notice that MY account is getting combat xp. You know, the same one you gave payment to. Which boggles my mind once more how you can accuse me of botting on people’s account for service, when a simple lookup can show you that their MY accounts in nmz and wc lol. Since your so impatient why don’t you tell me when you would like it completed aka time frame of completion, and I’ll let you know if I can get it done within your expectations since your so impatient and the same thing will happen if I where to resume his services. Because if I give a quote on time he’s going to go the same exact thing and message me non stop and make another report because he can’t wait.

 

Again, give me a time quote of when you would like it completed within reason and I’ll let you know if I can get it completed by then. This is asking for a completion time, aka what you’ve been referring to this whole time. Let me know your asking completion time.
Edit: we can work on a completion time and if within reason I can finish your service you’ve paid for.
P.S I’m not offering my free marks anymore as a complementary service as I did a few days after the service was started. (As a complementary service for the delay which was a 19.25m offer) You will also pay for the marks I have collected in the mean time.

 

Not sure why you keep putting words into my mouth, for the billionth time. I said I believe, not that it's fact that you're botting. I know 100% that you bot, not sure if you do it for services or not. I can't prove that, so I don't fight it. Putting it out for public knowledge that you do "hand-trained" services and being in a botting discord is just something that comes with that, bud. As for the refund part, I never stated that you told me i'd get a refund, I said it is common sense that you'd refund work you didn't do. Which is still the case. If you don't do said services, or get any xp, why are you being paid again? Oh, because you have a TOS that states if the service is terminated/cancelled you don't have to refund? That's the biggest load of horse shit and is just asking for you to be allowed to scam on here.. Just give me my 65m GP back and we can go our separate ways. Not sure why you're so stubborn to keep this thread open, a bad vouch, and public record of you being shady and not completing work you quoted for 7.5 days in 9+ days.

Edit: I will gladly pay for the 11 marks you collected out of the 65m refund, making it 63m. I'm an honest person, and will pay for work done as stated multiple times.

Edit Edit: I'd love for you to complete the service I paid for, but you don't seem to be able to complete it in a timely manner, so no use in continuing. That is the whole reason this thread is open..

 

Again it is a QUOTE. Not a completion time. Never had a single person banned nor are my accounts being banned at all and your free to track that as well. I know your more than able to crystal math labs my account that recieved payment, and notice how much combat experience it’s gotten and maybe just maybe be able to put one and one together and realize that that’s the account in nmz. I’ll be waiting for my “ban” or anyone else complaining about bans from my service. Let me know when that account in nmz is “banned” for botting since you know for sure I’m botting lol. I never said you were botting before my previous reply, hence every other time you've said it was putting words in my mouth. I said you're a part of a botting discord doing hand trained skilling services, and you have accounts running while you're either 1. Sleeping, or 2. Ignoring customers. Also, based on my screenshots in the above thread, I didn't message you constantly about the service. Instead of letting your lazy ass get away with doing nothing and getting paid for it, I sent nice messages to let you know I've noticed your slacking, pick it up.. Now stop trying to attack me on your report thread, and do your fucking job.

 

You think my service and terms are all setup to scam, yet it was YOUR choice to terminate. No one but YOUR choice. I didn’t force you too, it’s not my fault your impatient. It’s not my fault how you can understand yet not understand, what a quote is. Because in discord there is a ton of messages you referencing quote, using it correctly, and asking for a quote only, never a completion time. Boggles my mind how you keep saying it’s a scam when it was your choice and you fully understood the consequences of terminating. Your the one trying to pull a fast one out of your impatience. My “job” was terminated and canceled. Twice.

 

Ok lets try this again. You "quoted" me "2 days or so" for smithing, which led to taking 7+ days. I then gave you 2 days on agility, for you to get me 17k agility xp and blame it on your method of getting marks. At that rate, you had 2 days left to get 57-75 agility done and you had "quoted" me 3-4 days for agility. Who in their right mind would continue service at this rate? It would take you 3 weeks at that rate, and I'd have no membership left either. This is a blatant scam, and you are embarrassing for even fighting it.

You want to continue the service? I want it done in 4 days. You should be able to complete 60-70 hunter (1 day according to you), and 58-75 agility.

Edit: Even with your "approximate" excuse, 7 days as opposed to a 2.5 day quote, it's literally just that, an excuse.

 

You’ve already told me you don’t want me touching your account again, already said no point in continuing, and have already accused me of botting. And you want me to finish it? You’ve denied the offer in discord, and said you’ll be pushing for a refund.
How are you still calling it a scam when you made the choice to terminate fully understanding the consequences. You KNEW what would happen if you canceled and you’ve confirmed you knew. So how is that remotely a scam. It’s like riding a bike, knowing you can fall, and then when you fall you blame the bike.
You got impatient, tried to pull a fast one and cancel, threaten and try to buy your refund back with promise of removal of report and vouch, in order to get your refund back. Now you’ve once again gotten lazy since you’ve canceled and now you want it completed since you can’t get a refund. First you cancel, then ask for a refund, demand refund, reject proposal of completing the service, then insist on pushing for a refund,then now you want the service completed, are you going to make up your mind. I’ve offered in discord and you told me work for word “the refund instead of you ever touching my account again.”

Yes, would prefer a refund over someone slacking for 3 weeks on my account. But it's obvious we're going nowhere here, because you're too stubborn. Can you complete the service in 4 days as stated above or not?

Edit: I'm calling it a scam because that's what it is. It doesn't matter what your TOS when you're not providing the service for said TOS... 9 days total for 31-70 smithing and 17k agility xp is no where near the amount of work that should've been completed by that time. For you to sit here and argue that it is acceptable, is embarrassing once again... Do the right thing, complete the service in 4 days which is more then reasonable, or refund the money for work you didn't do. It really isn't that hard, Twix. Get it together.

Edit 2: I got impatient? At what point was I impatient? 9 days after service started and you did barely anything? I wonder why I was impatient... Hahaha. Tried to pull a fast one and cancel? How did I try to pull a fast one? Nothing is fast with you.. I never threatened you, nor tried to buy my refund as you keep trying to put it. I stated that after the refund is complete, I will remove my negative vouch, the scam report thread, and we can go our separate ways, as it should go because it is then a complete deal. Yes, since you've came here to say multiple times that you won't refund my money and I'm not entitled to it, I will settle for you to complete the service, but only if we set an exact time frame, and not a "quote" anymore. Because that way, when it's not complete, I can come and get my refund.

 

Please close this thread. No refund will be issued. Service will not be finished as I have offered it at the start of today’s conversation and he denied the offer. I’ve gone out of my way to offer a 19.25M complementary service a couple of days into it for the delay. Any further contact shall be made on sythe and sythe only. Have a great day.

 

Thread will not be closed until my money is refunded or service is completed. User is refusing to reason with a time frame like was stated above. I gave 4 days as a fair completion time, and he ignored.

You denied the offer when I have offered it to you at the beginning of today’s conversation. You accused me of botting, you said you didn’t want me touching your account. You said there is no point in continuing. You’ve denied it already and now your begging for it again? Why would you want a “botter” to do services on your account lol. Please go read my replies from before, not gonna bother repeating myself. I never accused you of botting. You keep saying the same shit over and over. The outcome is this. You refund me, or you do the service. I paid you to do the service and you did not complete it, nor did you refund me for not completing it. What time frame can you have this completed in? 58-75 agility and 60-70 hunter as still waiting to be done.

The mod also asked you in a reply above, yet you never answered. Why is that?
