User I'm reporting again: r0xie
Reason I'm reporting: Scamming/Ruining our company Miasmic Dice/Miasmic Enterprises. I've had to stall the release of our Discord Bot because the graphics on the website was not and still is not professionally done.

Since he was unable to do it I want 1 of 2 options:
1) A full refund of the $48. $33 for the userbars he has made and $15 for the animations. This is because the userbars are absolutely UNUSABLE on the website without the animations. He has not bothered and matched the style that he had originally created and he even said he could do it yesterday and said he had no other orders other than mine. Proof:

2) I want the refund of $15 that I paid for the animations and the animations done for free.

He's a complete joke of a GFX designer. Promises to get them done in time. I've waited exactly 3 days and now my website is left without proper Graphics. I could have gotten this job done for $30 but he's wasted my time and flamed me. I want a full refund of $48 or $15 + the free animations. It's his fault he didn't plan his time better.
