    Reporting partypete for scamming

Sold him 1b via bitcoin we agreed .91 so 910 usd
Here is the blockchain link,he send me 892.82 (worth at moment of him sending)
    Bitcoin Transaction 6a8dc4d72bf4df0a1e7b1bc7aa65c7834034aa4c20e778f9223e5778103e2d7b

He admited to using blockchain so theres no difference in price.
He's reasoning is he put in 910 usd and send, he probably didnt refresh so it still had the higher price, which i am not responsible for.
he refuses to pay me the last 18 usd ,gave him an address for bitcoin to pay but probably when he has to pay it it wont be valid anymore so i rather have him pay on this PayPal email, mods please block it and send it to him in pm as im leaving for vacation for 2 weeks tomorrow, (i'm 100% certain he will have to pay up)
    PayPal: [email protected]

Here are just some screenshots so u know my story is correct: didnt screen all so partypete dont bs me i only put only the ones that are in favour of me, just give the whole chatlog to the mods.

SO ACCORDING TO HIM HE COULD HAVE SEND RANDOM BTC AND COULD HAVE JUST SAID "fluctuation" NOTE*The fluctuation happened before he send it* HOW CAN I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

pete can give u the full chat logs, i expect the money to be on my PayPal when i get back thank you

TLDR: he snaked me for 18 usd, price when send was not correct he blames fluctuation.

The supposed 'loss' the user is reporting is due to BTC price fluctuation. I always refresh my wallet before sending and @ the time of receiving the gold I checked the price. I hit the send button 20-30 seconds later (account for copy/pasting his btc address, typing in send amount, adjusting btc transaction fees through the advanced option) and during this very very short time frame btc dropped ~$40 (per 1 BTC) and then shot back up moments later. Now if the price had risen $40 per 1 BTC this 'report' would never be posted and I would not be asking the customer back for money nor would the customer be complaining he received too much. And at the current time of posting this the value has gone back up to ABOVE the price I sent @ ($910 - current price $914.13, several minutes after this whole incident)

The value now is irrelevant, he asked you valid proof of the value of the btc when send that isnt valid proof, show the blockchain link, it says it was worth 892 USD when u sent it not sure why this is even up for debate lol.

Let someone else than im solo handle it please, pretty sure he's good friends with partypete.

The blockchain link says he send 892usd, the value now is irrelevant and the picture he showed of the 910 is not proof. Please god its a scam u really gonna let him get away with scamming 18 usd?

I have no personal bias with any gold seller on sythe. BTC changes every second. Pete sent you the correct amount there was absolutely no scam and at this point you are just spamming the RAS. But @veng @Syfiends feel free to take a peek

don't take this as offence but your probably a bum that doesnt know how btc works, look under the thing it says btc value when send it says 892 what are you talking about fluctuation this means he could have send me 800 usd and said fluctuation aswell honestly dont handle reports if u don't know anything about blockchain/bitcoin please god.

Again no offence/hate just saying :p

Anyone who speaks dutch can confirm this says: value at the moment of the transaction
I advise wortel to look at it as he is dutch and is a moderator.
Not sure why he can send a random screenshot and im solo just believes it?

Reasoning behind it I believe is why he handled the way he did (im solo)
    1) Friends with pete, just wants to help him
    2) no experience so just goes with the big donator and rsgp site guy
    3) doesnt care just wants to solve as many reports as possible?

I personally believe that by being willing to accept bitcoin you accept the risks/benefits that come when handling a volatile currency. (bitcoin's slow confirmation times, etc) You should have also been aware that the crypto market has been moving rampant for the past 2 days. IMO i wouldn't hold Pete responsible for your 18$.

But that's just me. Other mods may differ.

you are missing the point completely please read this carefully

    - He send me 892 usd HE DID NOT SEND ME 910
    - I would have had no problem if btc crashed to 1k if the value of transaction at that time still said 910.
    - IT IS ABOUT THE MOMENT HE SEND IT IT WAS WORTH 892 USD NOT 910

Please tag a mod that knows something about blockchain/bitcoin i am 100% right i know it.

I am really sorry if i sounded disrespectful towards @Im Solo and @Syfiends but u guys are missing the point, u realise the blockchain link says it was worth 892.
Him providing that screenshot is NOT VALID PROOF, he made it afterwards when btc rose. Please view it from my side i swear to god it is not fair that he does not have to pay my 18 usd, it is what i deserve.

    Reporting partypete for scamming

Just read through the report and your additional posts; The price of a bitcoin is super volatile right now and because of this it is entirely possible that you received an amount less than what PartyPete sent you.

This however is not PartyPete's fault and is simply a risk you're taking when using bitcoin.

Having read both reports I have to agree as well that Pete is not at fault this is just an unfortunate fluctuation/timing situation but Pete did what would have been expected for him to do here

    This is unbelievable.

I can understand u guys dont handle bitcoin a lot but the blockchain thing i showed is the only valid proof provided, so because he is a big donor you believe anything he says? WHAT HE PROVIDED WAS TAKEN AFTER THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE PLEASE SEE IT I BEGU.

The blockchain thing says 892 usd when he hit sent, have him release chat logs, look at the exact moment he said yes and compare it to the blockchain graph. Nowhere around that time did it drop that much in 1 minute(which is still irrelevant because what the thing says is what he sent and it is 892 usd)
I can not believe he can get away with saying "it fluctuates" ofcourse it does but i am not responsible for the fluctuation before he sends it, only after. he send me 892 usd and that is 18 usd short of what i have gotten paid i beg to look into it a little, it takes u 5 minutes it is the fair thing to do. I beg u please god it is not right what u have decided now.

I Say it again for the people in the back of the room, what he provided is not proof, what I did was i dont care if u need to let @Sythe handle this, I GOT VALID PROOF he doesnt how on earth is it possible you're taking his side.

@video i udnerstand what u mean but i provide u valid proof, you can't just take his word over valid proof, he took the picture of the 910 usd afterwards when bitcoin rose a little not before when he should have sent it.

If this was another 500 usd + donator i am certain you would have sided with me.

@Menno i know you are/have been a worker for bogla so i find it strange u are siding with him, probably didn't go through the evidence i guess.

Look at the blockchain id provided, it says 892 usd, that is what he send.
He can say whatever he wants, it doesn't proof anything.
How am i responsible for fluctuation BEFORE he send me anything.
Please look at that blockchain link i think you missed it.

    Lets change the situation:
I buy 1b from you @boglagold, situation is exactly the same as it is here with me and pete,i say i sent 910 usd but the only proof there is( the blockchain link ) says i send 892 usd.
How much do you pay me, for the 892 usd or the 910 usd, be honest please.

    It were 4 staff members
Two of them just got promoted with all my respect they dont have a clue what to do:

Im 100% certain menno and u didn't even look at it properly because he does not provide proof i do yet you side with him, i know its ridiculous to involve @Sythe in this but it seems like the only reasonable option to come to a fair conclusion, i'm very sorry if this disrespects u but u got to do whats fair and what u have decided is not fair.

A major RSGP seller/buyer pmed me this over skype, wont give his name as he is a friend of pete aswell.
The mods are handling it wrong dame, but party is agood guy tbh.

He deals with bitcoin like probably top 10 out of whole sythe i'm pretty sure he knows whats going on ofcourse he wont come forward but this is how i know i'm right aswell. I'm 100% positive Sythe will say the same as he knows his stuff around bitcoin.

TLDR about this shitreport for 18 USD:
Blockchain says the value of the transaction was 892 usd instead of 910
Partypete says he put 910, does not provide valid proof
At this moment all of the moderators have sided with Pete which is unacceptable
    A) they are inexperienced
    B) they did not look over the evidence and just took his word because he's a big guy around here.

@video I know you are a good admin but if you view the proof you have to side with me u cant blame fluctuation for him to not pay the right amount in the first place, he simply didnt sent enough.

If you still, after taking all of this in consideration are siding with pete i hope u can atleast let @Sythe read it and not close everything and put it in the archive.

Thanks, very sad so much time has to be wasted over a 18 USD dispute, btw his worker is dutch and knows i am right but ofcourse he cant go against his boss :p
