Reporting o0Pk Vids for scamming 250m

So about 18 days ago now I payed for a 1 def 1 pray fire cape from o0pk Vids. The next day When he was suppose to do the cape he gave me proof that his internet was messed up. He had to get his isp to come out and fix the problem but they still can't figure out the problem with his internet and I can't get him to give me a refund. I've tried to be very patient with him and he even went to his friends house and got to wave 31 of my cape and never finished it. Basically every time I try to get a refund I get some excuse or delay from him and i'm sick of it. I need him to log onto my account take his gear for doing the cape off and pay me back my 250m but he avoids me most of the time. Here is the proof of it actually being him with the right discord numbers, the proof that i paid him, and the proof of our conversations.

I have added a DNT to @o0pkvids until this is resolved. Based on the pictures you showed here you seem like a nice guy and I actually feel bad for you this is taking so long. I will give him 24 hours to respond otherwise he'll get banned here. Considering the fact he was last active last Thursday I'm afraid he will soon be banned. Do not worry though, if his reputation he claims to have is worth anything to him at all he will most likely refund you or finish the service he was asked to do. There is a chance he'll get a TWC eventually though. I understand having issues with your internet can be frustrating, especially when you have people lined up who want their service done or get refunded, but you can't just say things like "I'm fine doing the service with this crappy internet, but if it disconnects and it loses it's items, it's your loss".

I have also confirmed this is not an imposter you were talking to.

literally just had to connect with @Eric787 and both be online at the same time. Seems we have opposite schedules. Not doing capes until my ISP fixes the issues though. Been an ongoing ordeal for 3 weeks now. They've been out to the house 8 times. Swapped modems/routers/rewired the node/my house
