What is the dispute about? 400k Wow Gold for $36.20. Seller fails to deliver, playerauctions refuses to refund.

Quick OverView
I bought two orders of 400k, wow gold from a top rated seller on PlayerAuctions.
The Seller uses third parties to deliver gold.
1st. there are two identical orders of 400k gold, bought for the same amount within a hour of each other from the same seller.
2nd. The seller marked the order delivered prior to even meeting ingame for delivery of the first order.
3rd. The seller attempted to scam me on delivery of the first order(See 3rd screenshot) by only trading me a 380k of the 400k and asking for it back.
4th. I never received the remaining amount of the first order because the seller was talking ingame and got me flagged with blizzard. ( pm for email due to PII)
5th. I asked the seller to cancel my second order due to the issues I had with my first order.
6th. The seller refused to cancel my second order (assume it's since he marked it delivered since he was late on delivery.)
7th. The seller offers to buy an auction item to complete the trade. ( I decline and again ask to cancel order)
8th. The seller claims to have delivered the items at 8:47pm and using fake accounts to create screenshots:
9th. I state these issues in my dispute and clearly point out the seller is lying.
10th (playerauctions) require that I submit screenshot proof that the trade did not happen. (PM Email stating this: note PII)
I told playerauctions I can not give you screenshots of something that did not happen. But I did state the clear discrepancies of the sellers lies , messages and the fake screenshots. PlayerAuctions refused to refund my 2nd order of $36.20. I opened a dispute with paypal and was suspend from playerauctions.com I no longer have access to my acccount or messages or dispute information. (PM for email from playerauctions in regard to this.)
Playerauctions refuses to read messages between the seller and I. The Seller admits the gold was not delivered and refuses to cancel order. ( I do not have screenshots due to being suspend by playerauctions but I do have emails between playerauctions and myself and playerauctions ignoring the fact)
PlayerAuctions refuses to refund me and suspends my account for opening a dispute with paypal.( I do have emails supporting this)
Playerauctions then claims physical delivery occurred but doesn't provide any evidence or tracking and i lose my second dispute with paypal. (I do have a paypal email supporting this. PM for the email due to PII)
The Seller used the following 2 secreenshots as evidence. Note the times of the messages , the delivery times and the types of characters, race, misspelling of my characters name, note the difference between my character as a night elf druid and the impostor who is a dwarf priest

Summary: The website fails to refund in cases of a scam. The website will deny a buyers dispute if the buyer fails to provide screenshot evidence proving that a trade has not taken place, even though the website does not state such a policy. The website in many cases refuses to refund buyers and sellers even in cases where evidence is provided. The website also refuses to re-investigate any disputes and considers all disputes final and will suspend any account attempting a paypal, chargeback or legal dispute with the company. PlayerAuctions actively tries to sell products on Sythe using threads for giveaways and contests to promote the site.
