Reporting FireZ (FireZ is Dishonest)

The initial 2 week ban prior to the permanent was also issued by me. I gave him the temp and the perm, then after speaking with him, had decided to reverse the bans on the grounds that he avoided firez at all costs and stayed on his best behavior outside of the spam forum. After I decided to reverse the ban that I ISSUED, firez took it upon himself to ban him again.

 

I was pretty damn sure I only 14 day'd him one time. Glad this clears things up a little bit.

 

My thoughts:


FireZ is under a lot of pressure daily from people like Marrow;

Marrow is well known for being a site griefer/drama queen;

Marrow is lucky not to be permanently banned as it is for past misdemeanors, so he should stop looking for attention lol.

 

That's such a narrow way of looking at it.

"Marrow that"

The fact that anyone even thinks, considers, or believes that marrow should be banned for stating his opinion, or even just causing "drama" is highly hypocritical. Sythe staff, and administrators have pardoned and allowed scammers to return. Flip the coin anyway you want, a scam is a scam, and it doesn't matter how much you have repent, repay, or remorse. Sythe himself has given his staff the "OK" to scam banned members. How is that ethical?

Sythe can defend that post all he wants, but logic =/= ethics.

Marrow is no threat to the community, scammers are.

 

But that's the precedent that has been set. Ban anyone who speaks out.

 

Surely there is logs of this and a higher-up administrator can confirm either claim and access the situation.

I'm not sure your opinion really counts, since either you're a ban evader or you joined this month and have zero knowledge of the community.

I've personally been banned 3 times for "speaking out" in the Spam Forum, so I can sympathize with that at least.

OT: honestly firez has been nothing but a blessing to sythe over the years. Since my first day till now he continues to be one of the most active mods. His contributions greatly outweigh his shitty attitude. We might not see eye to eye on a lot of things but that's neither here nor there. I believe u have a personal vendetta against marrow. I believe u went above n beyond to piss on him as much as possible. Marrow is a spam forum fag, like me. Firez ur above that and our admin. Stop allowing trolls and sf posts shape how ur viewed here. Most here haven't been around long enough to know u. I feel like uve been burnt out on sythe for a few months. Maybe a quick break would refresh ur interest and general love for the site.

 

Having known FireZ before and after he was promoted to admin, I'll say he's definitely become more blunt after the promotion.

Needless to say, being a mod/admin definitely numbs you to all the nonsense that's going on having been one myself. I see the arguments for both sides but to demote FireZ definitely wouldn't solve any issues (not to mention gl finding anyone to fill those shoes)

and I see nothing wrong with KMJT's input on your dispute topic, I would've done the same thing had I still had the perms.

Because why would n4n0 temp ban me for pming you the word faggot when he wouldn't have possibly been able to see it considering its in your pm box.


And even going along those lines, you're contradicting yourself since n4n0 wouldn't have overturned any decision.


So we know the last temp ban was from you.


The one on the 20th is the one were wondering about.

So if n4n0 issued it he had every right to unban me since it was his ban, making the ban on the 25th void.

And if you issued the one on the 20th and n4n0 overturned it, that would mean you banned me twice, hence proving me right about being banned twice.
