Anyway, the amount you refund needs to be the remainder of what was paid. So, whatever the remainder of what you charged per exp needs to be refunded.

You do not get to refund less because gold prices have changed. You refund based on the prices at the time of transaction.

 

there are two paths forwards here:
-buyer gets partial refund for partial training
-seller completes full order for full price

generally i think sellers should let partial orders happen if buyers decide they want to cancel the service midway through, and it sounds like you both are on board with that idea.

so, some basic math. he was going from 81/79/81 -> 99/99/99, which is like 33m xp (13*3 = 39 - about 6 = 33m), for the price of 140m. call it 5 or 6gp/xp because the lower levels are slower and you're getting cut off partway through the services. you did 2.6m of training, which is 13m - 15.6m that you've earned. let's call it 15m. refund him 55m and keep 15m for yourself.
