Amount scammed: 22M 07

Trade: I paid him for social media followers. He said give it 12 hours. I gave it 24 and he finally replied back. He sent me a message he got from the supplier he outsources to (never mentioned in his thread he doesn’t offer this himself he just resells). I wouldn’t have bought from someone who doesn’t truly know where accounts and followers come from.

Anyways, he told me whether I like it or not he wasn’t refunding me til he gives it more time. The issue is, I let him set the time and even gave him 2x the amount of time and now he wants to wait longer. AFTER sending me the message from his supplier that says they’ll take a week to look into this. I tried being nice but this is just annoying now.

I’d like my money back, thanks.

Images aren’t in order. He says 12 hours. I give him 24+, admits he needs to refund me and now refuses Incase they “deliver after he’s refunded me”. Long story short, don’t sell stuff you can’t actually trade. I wouldn’t have done business with you if I knew you were just a MM.

You're required to refund him. This has come up before and your conversations seem identical:

Terms of Service (TOS)

only applies to paid orders; free orders do not receive any guarantees.
I can guarantee the followers and likes given for IG/FB for a maximum of 30 days.
- Youtube subscribers and views are guaranteed for 1 year.
- 48 hrs after service completion, message me if there is a dropped count.
- After service is completed, some of the likes could drop, but this is typically rare.
- Some orders can be as fast as seconds, some can take days to complete. Just depends.
- You agree to this TOS once an order is initiated.
-I take no responsibility for bans
-Not going first MM at your expense

Orders can take days, this guy added me directly via discord meaning he found me from my thread and this then means he has accepted these terms of service, I plan on delivering

I can give you the 22m 07 to hold Gladiator, if they don't deliver within 12 hours please issue the refund.

I also want to mention; how is this any different than a service provider giving a quote for OSRS skilling of 7 days; they end up taking 14 days. Am I entitled to a full refund? Does their discord statement nullify the TOS

 

If a OSRS skilling service provided no xp then yes they would have to issue a full refund or a partial refund depending on how much they had trained. If they continued to cause delays and multiple reports came up for the same issues, we'd issue them with a TWC. You can refund him directly yourself. You're soon approaching 30 hours, we're not going to give you an extra 12.

Thanks for refunding him. After discussing this with other members of staff, we've decided a TWC is warranted. I'd encourage you to mention that the boosts to these services are provided by a supplier and not yourself (either on your thread or on Discord before you're paid). I'd also recommend sticking to time frames which you can keep.
