Reporting a scammer - DANNYB

Never scammed a single person in my life

 

A little research I did:

The e-mail it changed to after 'recovery' = D****************@gmail.com
that's 17 stars long.

After @DannyB screenshared with me the longest e-mail he showed me he had was 16 long which also looked like his main e-mail. (can provide a picture of this to a mod.)

I'd like to point out that right off the bat @KunkkuServices is sending statesments like "using it as my mule", showing pictures of the account value etc.

It'd also be more beneficiary for @DannyB to recover the account in a few days when he recieved his initial payment of 25M OSRS (he hasn't recieved anything from me yet)

This 3 things added together with the fact that messages are deleted make me kind of go in favour of @DannyB being innocent.

I'd also like to request some additional mod feedback on this after you've done your judgement @Azie

For now, I will probably be afk with raids being released in an hour and a half

The account originally was 45 def so keep this in mind after making a ruling if it goes in @DannyB favour (acc is currently a ruined zerk with 46 def)

 

So Danny screenshares you and shows that his personal and actual email is similar and only 1 digit smaller? Easy to add for example number "1" at the very end ?

Yeah, I did point out that "using it as my mule" etc. because this scammer started to ask questions about "How's the account going?" Think about it, if you sell your own account to someone - are you asking those kind of questions after like 1 day from the actual trade? Only scammers do because they would like to know is there any value on the account/has it been botting or what ever.

Yes, if this Danny would've been smart enough - he should've recovered the account after atleast first payment but he clearly fell out on my bait and really taught I would be stupid enough to have over 400m on the account I just bought.

All of those deleted messages were all about setting up the bait for this dude because the exact same second when he asked "How's my account doing" I knew he is going to recover it back. I swapped out the account bank, waited for over 24hours and the account was NOT recovered at that time - so I taught this guy might actually be legit seller. Swapping gears and supplies again on the account, letting it bot for straight ~8 hours or so the acc has been recovered back.

I sent him pictures getting 46 def because it was all about the baiting and I tried to get his ass busted By Skype convos - but he didn't respond fishy about that so it didn't matter for me.

Bottom of all, this Danny did went for my bait when I showed him the pictures - he was little bit smarter than I taught and didn't recover it instantly I showed those pictures for him so I made myself lose 60-80m on loots/gears/supplies By waiting 24 hours and then started to use the account again.

 

You actually can when you go to runescape website and set up recover an account / forgot my password request.

 

I can admit that we tried to bait him recorvery the accounts because i knew hes scamming soon when he started asking what we are doing on the account and have i got any good loot

 

But instead of recorverying instantly he was smart and waited a bit and thats why i lost a bit more...

I would like to apologize for leaking irl info, it was in the heat of the moment after waking up to being scammed, realizing it probably wasnt the most mature thing to do

In regards to you getting the account 46 def... you were saying that you showed him photos when you got 46 def? if you're claiming it's your account and you could do anything with it why randomly show a photo of you getting 46 def? I doubt you would have shown a photo of you getting 61 attack or anything else? What am asking is why was it such a big deal that you had to show him a photo?

Your argument about him recovering the account in the hope of stealing your wealth is just a theory with no evidence atm. Questioning why he would want to recover an account before any cash is received or why he would want to recover a ruined zerker is more logical in my opinion.
