I disagree with Alex_J_Leon returning since it was only just last week that I found him stalking my Facebook page through the "Follow" option, which does not give out a notification. Upon discovery I blocked his account.

Add My MSN, has proven to me to be very sincere about his actions. He is the ONLY person that apologized to me early on, he is the only that has not harassed me or try to kiss my ass because he just submitted a pardon. If I were able to be the sole person to vote on his pardon I would support it.

As for Hattez, I would not agree to have him back. He may not scam you but he would in a heartbeat spread your personal information without hesitation. This is a huge trust issue. Trust is viewed as a whole and not in parts.

1. Hattez was fully aware that mine and N4N0's (shared) accounts were hacked weeks prior to the massive ban and prior to PMing N4N0 of the impending information.
2. Him sending the PM to N4N0 was not an act of kindness, it was merely to further get under n4n0's skin. He clearly stated he wasn't going to share the info but he did 3 times in different locations on Sythe.org after he was told not to and then continued to do so in each and every pardon he wrote.
3. He harassed me regularly on the TeamSpeak in front of many people even with Mods present. Ziggily, James, Josh and Cas_M (current Mod). Zuzel (current Mod) was there as well, but I can't confirm what he heard during each conversation with Hattez.
4. He never apologized in any of his previous pardons & he never apologized on TeamSpeak. He talked about knowing more about me, knowing what my kids looked like, where they go, what school they go to, etc.
5. He created a mockery of the Pardoning system by further trying to insult N4N0 and I and releasing additional personal information.
6. I gave Hattez so many chances to change his behavior on the TeamSpeak. I could have easily banned him from the start but I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt.
7. When the Sythe TeamSpeak was down and Cas_M created a temp one, Hattez continued to harass me there as well in front of Cas_M. Cas perm banned Hattez from his server from ever returning.
8. The final straw was when he threatened me. When he realized that he couldn't social engineer his way back to MAKE me accept him, he attempted to blackmail me with the recent information he gathered on me during our text chat on the TeamSpeak, which was sent directly to n4n0 and Josh as evidence of his blackmail and then lied on his Pardon about the details on his Pardon to further smear me in public and to further piss off n4n0.
9. He still has access to personal information and is still in associating with those that did hack/assisted in hacking our accounts. I presented evidence to those who voted on his last pardon.

This rule was implemented after Hattez was permanently banned on the TeamSpeak and it wasn't related to him in any way. Cas_M can verify this since he sort of helped out with the writing and changing of the rules at the time.

Now, Hattez has managed to social engineered his way into convincing other people in seeing him as some victim here when he isn't. I refuse to allow some man threaten me, threaten my children and blackmail me so that he can get his way.

So, Hattez knew the accounts were hacked but did NOTHING to notify staff or to prevent the personal information from being leaked.

Inviting additional people into a Skype chat knowing the information was illegally obtained is still wrong. Not just distasteful, but illegal.
