How they scammed:This report have the objetive of get to know the bad habits of runemetrix , I was making accounts for him and suddenly appears dead and all marks are stolen from inventory, I say that I'm gonna find the guilty of this so I decided to use the same workers for another services , this services are with the Mr Corby , Wich one are finished without any problem , so this get me to think that runemetrix is who is making this to the accounts, I invited the Mr corby That give his opinion about my work and will see that it's excellent, I want the payment that runemetrix dint give me and made charge of the work that was lost

Russian has asked me to post as he has done alot of business with me. Every time there has been an issue he was aware of it and told me about it before I paid him for the work, no accounts he has provided have had missing items after payment was made. On the few occasions items were missing, he warned me in advance and a lower payment was negotiated. I may not be directly involved with this report but Russian is listed as a newcomer and he has little feedback. I have not done just one or two transactions with Russian, I have done a significant amount of business with him over the last year.

I also know that RuneMetrix talked to me in private about a different matter, and he also firmly believes he did nothing wrong. The topic got brought up by him first as he asked me if I knew Russian and if he was a good worker, which I verified. To me, this is strange, and it makes me want to believe RuneMetrix as well.

It sounds like there is a rogue worker somewhere in the mix here, and neither one can pin it down. Russian asked me to come and post a vouch of sorts due to his little feedback.

 

Long story short - this user has built probably over 100 accounts for me. Many months ago, he sold me an account with a ban on it + a registered email to someone else, and said he would replace it. This has been many many months and the account has still to even be half finished. User completed an account a few weeks ago, the marks were stolen off it from what i am guessing was a rogue worker - and he is attempting to blame it on me.

I do not log into these accounts at any point that i outsource for building due to IP issues, and I have had a pre-written counter report for some time now which I will be posting below with a lot more information, that gives the full picture of this user.

Explanation of the trade: Have built/bought many accounts from this individual. The account in question that this report is over, was paid for - and after the fact had an email registered to it + botting ban on the history. This was brought up by me, as none of this was disclosed, and a replacement account was to be made. I didn't ask for a cash refund, because I would be naiive to think/expect low income areas to have expendable cash, so was totally cool with a replacement just getting made.

How they scammed: Have used RussianSpartan to create/make many bulk accounts for me overtime, would probably be in the upper 100's I would imagine. One of the accounts I paid for, after I paid - had an email registered to it and was stolen back. The account also had a botting ban which was not disclosed occurred during the training. I would imagine the ban occured during the training, and the worker registered his email to the account so he could log into the account settings to view the ban. RussianSpartan also says this in the conversation, so it's fair to say this is the order of events that occured. After the account was found to have been linked + have a ban history on it, after a few back and forth messages I made clear that I can't take the account with it having ban history on it, and having someone put their info on it already - and agreed to just having a replacement made. This all occurred nearly 3.5 months ago on June 25th, and to this day the replacement is still being built, and isn't even at the half way mark yet - which I have been very cool about. The account has not been actively trained in about 3 months, it appears someone worked on it normally for 2 weeks and then decided to stop working on it/abandon it. I have been WAY more relaxed about this situation and timeline than the situation probably warrants, especially with a replacement that is owed having no work done in about 3 months. Today, RussianSpartan, said the MOG's were stolen from the account, and was insinuating I am the one that did it, and that it has nothing to do with his internal workers - and said he wanted to go through sythe on this rather than making the replacement. I am making this report because this is the route the user wanted to go.

In summary main points of this report are:
1 - User sold an account to me, then a worker linked an email to the account after, and not disclose the ban history on the account.
2 - User said he would make a replacement rather than refund (3.5 months ago).
3 - after a few weeks, the replacement account had normal playtime on it, and since then has been abandoned.
4 - I brought up a few days ago, the fact that this account has not progressed in 3 months, as he was requesting payment on another account - so I checked the status on it to make sure he was still doing it and didn't have a debt to me.
5 - After this a few days pass, and user claims that MOG's were stolen off the account, and it was me - and appears to not want to refund or replace the account I paid for 3.5 months ago.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- While this may not be what occurred, I would imagine that this user had multiple people working on the account. With this account not being played in 3 months, I would imagine that this user had a separate worker working on it 3.5 months ago that just quit, disappeared, or had some other reason for stopping all progress, and has since given it to a new worker.

- A few days ago when I brought it up that it hasn't progressed in 3 months, I imagined whoever the first individual working on it was, probably isn't the person he gave it to a few days ago when i brought up the fact it had no training in 3 months. I would imagine the first worker who discontinued all training, is probably is the one who stole the MOG's off the account - but this is not the purpose of this report, the purpose is due to russianspartan no longer wanting to refund the 130usd payment, or provide a replacement.

All in all, to me it doesn't really matter what/how anything occured with the account, that is just what I have come to after some basic deductive reasoning. Regardless of what/how anything occured with this account, this user owes a refund of $130 for the stolen account, or a replacement account, and that is what the main part of this report is over.

And to be clear on this account, russian himself created it. No workers of mine were ever involved in it at any point in the process, any worker on the account or with access to the login was on russian's side. Besides anyone on his side, I personally am the only one who ever had any information, no one under me.

 

There was not a terms of service agreed upon, however there was an agreement and acknowledgement in the photo's I provided, that Russian gave me an account with a ban on the history without disclosing it, as well as it already having an email registered - with him agreeing to replace it 3.5 months ago and taking it back.

 

Given the 3.5 month delay this has taken and the situation as a whole, I will be requesting USD payment from RussianSpartan | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org), and no longer taking an account service as payment.

The 130USD I paid for the account with a ban history (which russian took back 3.5 months ago), can be refunded to this the following address below:

Given that the replacement account appears to have the password changed, i do not see how that is possible

 

User is not responding since the counter report went up, and appears to not want to refund the owed amount.

I didn't expect him too, and had the full expectation this would be the outcome.

Not sure how long this report needs to stay active, but as of now it doesn't seem like any refund is going to take place
